1 starI am very disappointed with this company. They sold me on software several months before the tax season then when I tried to use the software as tax season got closer I did not like the software and requested a refund. they told me my 45 days to request a refund had past. If they are good company like they claim they would not have suckered me in and not given a refund when I had not even used the software. I contacted the company and they would not work with me.

We always ensure clarity with our refund policy when a customer purchases our software. We do not "sucker anyone in". In this case, the customer's purchase fell outside of our 45-day refund window, being 131 days past the purchase date. Despite this, we went above and beyond by offering a refund for their future year purchase of TY2024, despite not being obligated to do so.
It's worth noting that our customers benefit from extensive 1-on-1 training with a dedicated Customer Success Specialist within the initial 45-day period. This personalized session, coupled with over a month to explore and familiarize oneself with the software, provides ample opportunity for customers to feel confident and satisfied with their investment. This customer was provided the training within the refund period. We're committed to providing the support and time necessary for our customers to make informed decisions and ensure their happiness moving forward with our software.Review fromJuan B

5 starsI have been using the tax prep software for 2 years now. I have found it easy to use. I have had several issues, especially with my State but when I submit a ticket it has been corrected withhout delay. I just renewed for year 3.MyTAXPrepOffice
