I have a service agreement carried over from previous owners, Eagle waste managers,They are to pick up my trash once a week. They are occasionally late and pick up the next day or within the week. However on the week of January 18 they did not pick up. Since I did not get the service I deducted it from my bill. $8.04 They sent me a a statement for the full amount $128.60. I told the m I sent them a check for $120.56 which they acknowledged but would not credit me the $8.04 for the non pick up day.Get this ..they said we had snow and it was An act of God that they could not pick up my trash.Hey. This isnt *******, ********. We had maybe 4 -6 inches of snow..They did not pick up the trash that week at all. I should not have to pay for a service I did not get.asked manager to call me back (*************************) and he. Residential trash collection day for my street was changed (delayed about 1 week). The following week, trash was not collected for our street, with no warning or explanation (we have received notifications during numerous previous delays). Myself and others on the street have not been able to successfully contact the company to rectify this (through calls, voicemails, website inquiries, etc). I have a 3 year contract with this company. The contract has been breached multiple times. My contract is for 2x pick up a week for $117 a year. The company decided to ******* day making it 1X pick ** and increased the price to $123 give or take a few dollars. I have been a customer of AJ ********************** trash service for approximately 10 years and have never had an issue until the past six months. Over the past six months, **************** has been missed 13 times. This past June into July, there was an entire month that went by where they did not pick our trash up one single time. I called the customer service number daily and received not one single call back. I wrote letters, I filled out online forms and continued to contact customer service with no response. During this time I had received a warning from my landlord to clean up the trash that had built up at the road. I had to pay a cleaning service to come out and take care of my trash. When my next bill arrived in the mail, I was given a $30 credit. Since this incident over the summer months, where they completely stopped, picking up my trash, I received a letter in the mail stating that they were having issues with drivers and then another company had taken over, called Waste Management. Since then, pick up had gotten better, and we were consistently picked up nine Wednesdays in a row, until we were missed again. Again, I called out asked for someone to come out immediately and pick my trash up or the next day, this time I did receive a response from customer service, who made me aware that they could not come out to the following week. Just last week, I received a text message from the company stating that **************** pick up day has changed from Wednesday to Friday. Guess what, my trash was not picked up on Friday and it is again built up on the road. I have five calls, emails, and messages sent via the Online attendant with no response. I am at a loss how to move forward as I have no other options for trash pick up in this rural area. My landlord has had enough with the trash out at the road that the animals are getting into overnight. I pay my bill quarterly and do not receive the service I am paying for.Initial Complaint

Company changed ownership and no longer collects trash or recycling on days in which they are scheduled to do so. I have been a customer of AJ ********************** for about 6 years, since they were purchased this past summer their service has declined rapidly. Missed pickups, no communication, lies, are becoming the norm. As of now my recycling has not been picked up in over 35 days, last picked up on 1/6/2024. I pay for this service on a weekly basis (they have switched to a bi-weekly service in December because they we struggling to meet their obligations). But even with a move to half the number of scheduled pickups it has actually gotten worse. I have spoken with customer service several times over the past month, in the last conversation I spoke with the customer service manager, ******, who kept me on the phone until she confirmed with the operations team that my recycling would be picked up "within 48 hours" that was on Monday 2/5/24. My recycling has not been picked up and I am not scheduled to have it picked up until 2/16/24. I called customer service twice today, the first time I was hung up on and the second time, after listening to "you are caller 27...25...18...1" I went into a queue that ended up in a voicemail after another 15 minutes. I have no left voicemails and online contact forms and have never received a follow up on any of them. It is a shame that customers are treated the way we are with little to no recourse!Initial Complaint

The price that was paid by ** last $485 all of a sudden without notification our bill went up to $1400. They were supposed to pick up 114 times last and they only came 42 times and charged us the $485. Now, without any warning, the bill went up almost $1,000.Initial Complaint

We signed a contract with them apx 2 years ago prior to a merger they did. It was for services to be provided once a week for both trash and recycle. In the last year, they have stopped picking up on a regular basis, stopped notifying if they were going to be late or not pick up at all. They have since reduced the time they pick up for recycle, but they continue to bill for the original **** which they are in breach of contract for both, lack of services and for pricing. When we do not get services picked up, if you try to call, they do not answer the phone, they do not respond to emails or contact via their website, they just do not respond to customers. They merged with a company not in the same state and are having issues providing services to us and many other customers. Most in our neighborhood have since left them due to all of this.I signed up for weekly services for BOTH trash and recycle at a set price and designated days, none which have been provided lately.Due to all of the mergers, companies closing, there are a very limited number of trash companiesd that will service any area, these are unfortunately one leftCustomer Answer

I have not heard from them either. And after I have filed, they have either not picked up trash or it goes for days until they do. I appreciate the attempt that the BBB has made to them, but we figured they would not repsond, and sure enough, they have not.
The business will not be in business for long with these practices

AJ Blosenski is my trash collector. I pay for their service but they have not picked up my (or my neighbors) trash for weeks. I call every two days to put in a ticket request to have our trash picked up and they tell me it will only take 24-48 hours but no one ever comes. We have trash sitting outside and on our decks since before the Christmas. I am getting no response or calls back from the company after leaving multiple messages. I've read that Montgomery's Country DA is aware and has received many complaints against the company.Customer Answer

I have switched companies but AJ Blosenski has still not collected trash or recycling for a few weeks and has not picked up their bins which they told me to leave at the curb. I am not sure what to do if my bins continue to sit there I do not have room for another set of trash bins. They still have not picked up my neighbors trash either which they are now forced to pile on the street.Initial Complaint

We were billed quarterly by AJ Blosenski for our residential trash collection. For the quarter of July, August, September of 2023, after we had paid the bill, they only collected our trash one of the scheduled weeks. We would call and were unable to reach anyone on most occasions. On other occasions where they would answer they would say that it showed the trash had been picked up (which it hadn't) and they would have no idea when or if they would pick up again. We were paying others to pick up our trash after weeks with no collection. Finally they sent out a letter stating that they were discontinuing residential trash collection. We called and were told that our money would be refunded. We have yet to receive a refund. Our account number is ***********.
