Our trash company consistently missed track pick up each week. we are unable to contact them directly. emails are not responded to. we want a refund of missed collections and a pro rated termination of our contract.Business Response

The reason for the missed collection(s) is because we are currently experiencing a shortage of skilled labor and other factors which is affecting our ability to service some customers on their normal collection day. We make every effort to collect the trash and recycle the next day. However, if we miss the collection, we will be crediting your account.
We are making the following changes to correct the problem.
We are aggressively hiring new drivers and helpers. We recently had two job fairs which resulted in us hiring six new qualified CDL drivers, several helpers, and a mechanic.
We are reducing our service area so we can properly service our customers in our geographic area.
We are in the process of doing a complete overhaul of our routes using new software that became available after the acquisition.
We have brought in 16 CDL drivers from other areas throughout the country to alleviate the service issues until we can get the newly hired CDL drivers trained and the reroute completed.
We have enlisted the services of additional customer service representatives to answer customer questions or concerns.You have been a long-time customer and we would like to continue servicing you. If you would like to cancel your service, please let me know and will issue you a refund.

staff shortages which is resulting in service delays. We are aggressively
hiring and training additional staff. We are working on
reconfiguring many of our routes, that will decrease the service interruptions
and restore service back to the level to which our customers are accustomed
to.If the trash or recycling service was not provided within 72
hours of your normal collection, we are automatically issuing a credit to your
account which will be reflected on your next invoice. As of today, you have a credit on your account in the amount of $16.00.We are trying to answer all of
our phone calls and e-mails as quickly as possible. I am sorry you

Our entire road uses AJ for trash and recycle pick up, for the last month and a half which would be 6 weeks total we have only had our trash picked up 2 times. We pay quarterly $145.00 for weekly recycle and trash removal. I have made weekly reports the day after missed pick up, I have also called weekly trying to make a resolution on how to get pickup. My husband is a veteran and his PTSD is flaring up due to the smell, he said it is giving him nightmare of bodies burning over in **** and causing him distress which is affecting our family 1. They do not respond via phone or email to my complaints 2. I am still getting charged weekly even though our entire road which consists of 12 residents is being skipped weekly. 3. I reside in a highly thick, wooded, country area. We are now receiving visitors (bears, coons, coyotes, and foxes) who are trying to knock over our trash. MOSTLY BEARS. BIG BEARS! 4. There are multiple families with small children including my own that have to discard diapers with human waste sitting in the can for 6 weeks, along with grown women person hygiene that cannot be flushed down the septic. 5. When I opened the can last week, which continues to sit down at the end of the road with hopes of a random empty can, I noticed we are developing large amounts of maggots, fly's and termite larvae. 6. Children aren't to go outside and play due to the awful smell 7. Neighbors aren't walking at the end of the day due to the smell from each homes cans being over filled to where the lid cannot stay shut 8. Due to our location we cannot file bags of trash next to the can due to wild animals 9. Our home in particular and my mothers home both have 5 bags of trash piled in our garage because there is no where to put it outside, this is also a smell that will be leaking into our home if not collected 10. My grandparents who also live on the road own a farm, due to the amount of trash weekly they collect from "farm life" its a real health hazard for a 97 year old man, not to mention he is out there relocating cans full of trash weekly to get them out of the location due to bears. A.J. Blosenski neglected to pick up my trash the week of June 5. They did not pick it up at all, in fact. I did not receive a refund. There's been no communication with me about a refund. They finally did pick up the trash this week. This is not how a trash company should function.Business Response

Trash services has frequently been skipped over the last 2-3 months, when paying for (2) picks ups per week with no communication from the company regarding rescheduled pick up. At this time trash on the entire block has not been picked up for over 1 week. I have called and left 2 messages, filed 2 missed pick ups and sent a general inquiry.
