This company is having repeated issues picking up trash consistently.On Feb 01 We received a text they were switching our pick up day to Friday and to put our trash out 2/9. It was not picked up 2/9 I called on 2/12 and was told they would pick up 16th. A snow event happened on the 13th. I called on 2/16 and a recording said all pick *** would be delayed a day due to the snow. On 2/16 we received a text that it will be picked up until 2/23.On 2/19 I called to speak to some regarding cancelling and a credit for Feb and March. I was on hold for 1 hr 2 min with one person ahead of me and I was sent to voicemail and no one called me back.2/23 the trash has not been picked up as of 457pm. I called at 310 and was on hold again for over an hour and again with one person ahead was sent to voicemail yet again. There is trash piled up all over Amity Township outside of the toters. I stopped at the township building and they said there is nothing they can do and actually if there is an abundance of trash the homeowner will get fined!!! Totally unfair. We need action taken as this also happened this summer where weeks of trash were not picked up. Full of maggots and rotting trash. Totally unhealthy. I can take additional photos of all the overflowing trash around the area if desired. There is also an elementary school in our development with kids walking all around this disgusting unsanitary mess.Initial Complaint

This company has missed the last 4 trash pickups. Refuses to contact me back or provide credits for the missed pickups. They just text to advise of a delay and just reschedule to the next schedule pickup day and continue to do this week after week.Initial Complaint

** Blosenski has not picked up trash and recycling on time for at least 2 months. Many times they do not pick up the trash and/or recycling at all for the scheduled week. They are unresponsive via email and the app and its impossible to get in touch with them via the phone.Initial Complaint

************* Trash removal service have impacted both community and myself with multiple times of not picking up trash and in one occurrence more than 2 weeks. I was signed up for 2 cans and pick up twice a week. They first changed service to one a week but never reduced my invoice amount. Since august of last year they have failed to pick up trash for at least 14 days to 19 days at the worst. I am seeking the partial refund for services not rendered.Initial Complaint

AJ Blosenski is our current residential trash collection service. They are contracted to provide trash pickup service weekly on Fridays but continually delay pickup for days or weeks at a time. They are extremely difficult to get ahold of by phone and do not return voicemail messages. They need to refund my account for ******************** not provided.Initial Complaint

AJ Blosenski has not met their contractual requirements over the last multiple quarters. The regularly skip trash and recycling pickups, and provide no customer service and no recourse. This year, alone, my bi-weekly recycling pickup has only been picked up once in 7 weeks. My trash has been picked up 4 times in 7 weeks. They make it impossible to get a hold of their customer service representatives to discuss the matter. They are in actual breach of contract.Initial Complaint

I have intermittent to no trash pick up after paying 3 months in advance. I have called AJ Blosenski numerous times to only be told they are sorry and will send someone out to retrieve my trash. Within the last six months my bill has never been credited. My last pick up was the week of 1/22/2024. On 1/10/2024 I paid my bill for the billing period of 1/1/2024 -3/31/2024. I have not received any trash pickup since paying 3 months in advance. This has been going on since November 13th 2023. I want to know when my trash will be picked up as well as credit adjustments to my bill. As well as a refund to what I have paid in advance for NO pick up. Please tell your customers if they are in need of finding another trash company. ASAP. Thank you.Initial Complaint

This company has habitually missed trash pickup all year, sometimes three weeks at a time. We are now 16 days without trash pickup, they do not answer, dont know answers as to why. This is a health hazard.
