We have been paying this company quarterly for trash pickup. Many weeks we have received text messages saying that your trash will be picked up late, the next day, and our trash still would not get picked up. But we let it go, no big deal, stuff happens. Except now, the month of February, we had one pickup, ONE!! Our pickup day was Tuesday. I received a text on 2/1 saying that our trash pick up day will be changed to Friday, and have your trash out 2/8 for 2/9 pickup so there was no trash pickup since 1/30. 2/9 our trash got picked up. I then go onto their website because my trash on 2/16 was not picked up and it said that it will be delayed one day.. so I left the trash out. 2/17 came and nobody picked up my trash. Trash never got picked up so I called blosenski, 2/19, I was caller #** (which goes to show how many customers theyve been doing this to) I waited on hold for over an hour. I finally got to someone, and said, hi yes I would like to know why my trash hasnt been picked up? You were supposed to pick up Friday then I got a text saying Saturday and not its Monday and my trash is still out there.. I was told yeah I dont know. Itll be picked up Friday. You dont know? Who does know?? Im not sure, you want me to forward you to management? Yeah, sure, straight to voicemail, left a message Monday and have yet to hear back. I then received a text on Monday 2/19 saying there has been a delay and your trash will be picked up on 2/23.. And guess what, my trash was not picked up, I have three weeks of trash at my curb, but guess what, theyve already been paid, so I paid for a service Im not receiving, how is this acceptable? I cant get a refund because it has already been paid. There is no service and absolutely no customer service. My husband called Friday, after it not getting picked up (2/23) yet again, he was caller #**, he finally got through after about an hour on hold and it was an answering machine.Initial Complaint

************** has missed 3 weeks of residential trash pickup and one week of recycling, since January 19th 2024. Pickups were missed on 1/19/24, 2/16/24, and 2/23/24. When calling the business, they promise that a pickup will occur, and state they will not credit for missed pickups. Payment for service is taken in advance and paid ****** per quarter. I have paid for services which they are not providing. I have had to purchase additional cans to hold all of the trash that continues to sit at my curb due to the failure of service. I would like to be credited for the 3 missed pickups.Initial Complaint

This trash and recycling company is not owning up to their part of their own agreement. They have not picked up trash in over two weeks. I received a notification my trash my delayed one day with no explanation and then received no notification when trash was still not picked up. This is happening to several customers causing them to switch companies. There is even a delay for their equipment to be picked up when service has been terminated. No communication was received regarding a credit or additional service at no additional cost due to the inconvenience. This company is collecting payments without providing an actual service. They are providing a disservice to their customers and the communities because trash is waiting at curbsides and piling up. They should be investigated for lack of professionalism and ability to run a business properly.Initial Complaint

Havent had our trash collected since January. You call their phone number and they tell you ( in my case) youre number 32 please hold. An hour later when youre due to speak you get a recording asking you to leave a message. They claim weather is involved on your day of collection and we didnt have any bad weather. They changed our collection day having us hoping they were getting their act together! They havent made the date yet. Our neighborhood is looking pretty gross with the build up of uncollected trash!Initial Complaint

This is our trash and recycling company, we have not had our trash or recycling picked up in over 2 weeks and we just got notified this morning that they won't be picking it up until March 1, 2024 due to employee shortages. We have trash and recycling piling up as does many of our neighbors and apparently this happened in another area a few months back. Totally unacceptable and if you try and call or email them they do not answer, just send out mass texts that they are shorthanded. We are prepaid through the end of March.Initial Complaint

We have contracted with *********************** for trash removal. They have missed pick up for 3 weeks in a row. This is not the first time this has happened. Our complaints are not acknowledged and it is nearly impossible to get them on the phone. Emails are not answered. Our bin is full. This is health hazard. Our trash and recyclables have not been picked up for over the last 3 weeks. When we call the company, we are told that it should be soon, but no one ever shows up. This trash collection service has missed pickups for the past two weeks, and I have been advised that my pick up will be skipped again this week. I will have nearly a month of trash piling up to be collected. The company claims to have added a note that theyll adjust my billing for the last two missed pickups but have not provided confirmation. I am asking for the BBB assist with getting additional billing adjust and special arrangement to pickup the garbage that is continuing to pile up.The money paid is the approximate annual cost for service.
