*** was hired to pick up our trash. They charge for the quarter at the start of the quarter. They did not pick up our trash for a month from end of December through January. At that point we cancelled the service. Since I have called every week almost as they have still not returned our pre-payment nor picked up their equipment. When I told them I would get ride of the equipment they told me they would charge me for not returning it. As if it wasnt bad enough they are claiming they get to keep the payments for the Time up until we cancelled even though they had not actually done the job hired for we are now being treated as a storage facility for the equipment for over a month. I would like all my money back and the equipment removed as well as compensated for the storage of the equipment for a month.Customer Answer

Have called back twice in the last two weeks since they are not responding to the BBB complaint. They continue to refuse to refund me saying they will not refund until they get the equipment back. They tried to schedule the pickup for 5/3/24 but miraculously found a pickup 4/5/24 when I complained and asked for a manager. Failed to pick it up on 4/5/24 saying when I called that the driver was in an accident earlier this week and they rescheduled the whole week. They didnt notify me of the issue nor would they have if I didnt call. They continue to hold my funds and refuse to acknowledge I have now been a storage site for them for months or feel I should be compensated for continued storage. Nor do they care that I have wasted multiple hours trying to get this resolved.Initial Complaint

I have been a paying customer of AJ Blosenksi for about 10 years. Where I live, we have a choice of garbage and recycling companies. All of my neighbors switched to White Tail years ago due to lower rates. I stayed because they used to provide reliable service. In the past year, their service has gone drastically downhill. They went from weekly to biweekly pickup of recycling while having the nerve to raise rates. They have missed many garbage and recycling pickups, without issuing any credits, even though their agents told me on the phone that they would issue a credit. We are required to pay in advance but then they don't provide the service we paid for. The last straw was when they went 3+ weeks without picking up our garbage. This created a very unhygenic situation with garbage piling up behind my garage and on the sidewalks in town as they did not pick up anyone's garbage in town. I sat on hold with 35 others for almost an hour and canceled my service. All the while listening to their hold messages saying how we are valuable customers and they appreciate our business. The agent was not at all surprised and did not question why I was canceling. They used to be good. We are switching to White Tail like the neighbors! They pick up every week without fail and are cheaper!!!!Initial Complaint

We have had trash and recycling service with this company for over a decade. In the last 9 months, our weekly services have been missed, sometimes for 2 to 3 weeks at a time. When we reach out to customer service, the call is never answered. There is no communication via email or other means to let us know when they will be collecting the missed trash, so our bins stay at the top of our driveway indefinitely, causing us to walk our trash and recycling up our long driveway because there is no where else to put it. The lack of communication and unknown pick up schedule has become a great inconvenience. For a service that is supposed to remove rotting food waste and all other unsanitary items that a household creates, it is a borderline unhealthy situation, especially once the weather warms up. We are unable to get through to someone who can cancel our service which would allow us to switch to a responsible company.Initial Complaint

1. Removed a dumpster in October and dropped 2 trash cans but never adjusted bill and are still charging $60 a month multiple calls go unanswered and never an adjustment to invoice 2. Missed multiple pick ups and over the months and now we are going on 5 weeks since last pick up 3. We are contracted for weekly trash services. They skip us some weeks. They tell us we are to be picked up Tuesday then we get a text it will be picked up Wednesday then Wednesday for Thursday then Thursday for Friday and sometimes it gets picked up and sometimes it never does. This trash company is horrible. The recycling is to be picked up every other week, it has been 4 weeks, trash pick up frequently late, We have just been throwing away recycling. When you call their business..all you get is there are 40 + calls ahead of you I sat for a hour and still 32 ahead of you. I am paying for a service they are not providing. I am trying to cancel service with AJ Blosenski. Their service (residential trash pickup in *************, **) has become increasing erratic for the past year +. We are supposed to have weekly pickup; we haven't had any service since February 9, 2024. We have filled out their online form for cancellation (last week) and they never called, as they said they would. I just sat on hold with them for over an hour to cancel, and when they got to my call, no representative answered - they just shoved me straight to voicemail. This is a common problem with customers in our area. We paid for service through the first quarter; we want a refund for the remaining of the quarter, starting 2/09/2024, the date of our last trash pick up. This trash company has been late or missed collections once in a while for a couple of months now but at this point they have not collected our trash for the last two weeks and now they are saying it will not be collected until this coming Friday. Yet they are proudly announcing on their website that they has just purchased another trash company while they cannot service their current customers. We pay them to pick up trash and the keep missing week after week and this pass month as of Jan 29th have not had trash picked up going on 5 weeks. They don't reply to phone calls or emails. They don't let you go to their office. Your on hold for hours not minutes hours and you get to caller 1 and they just hang up or put you to voice mail. Trash is over flowing on street They send out text saying they will pick up next trash **** and don't. Have animals starting to hang out in the trash.
