      Garbage pickup is being skipped weekly. Paying for a service to come every week and they do not come. This is also a health issue as trash is becoming rancid and disgusting.

      On Feb. 29, 2024 I contacted the business, spoke to ****, and cancelled my trash/recycling service due to continuing failures to pick up trash/recycling over the last year or so. I had previously paid my bill for the full year of 2024 in January. I was told that I would receive a refund of $430.06 on 03/15/24. I recontacted A.J. Blosenski in early April asking where my refund is. I was told that they hadnt gotten to it yet, they could only process 50 credit transactions per day, and that they were still working on refunds for customers from the previous year; 2023. To this date I still have not received my refund. Below is a copy of the email I received 02/29/24: Account *********** Hello ****,Thank you for your patience on the phone, and in general with the service throughout the last year or so.Per your request I have cancelled your account as of today.Your refund will be $430.06. This amount will be returned to the original payment method after we bill on 3/15th.A work order has been added to remove the carts. It is dated for - what would have been, your next service day 3/5th.Please let us know if you need anything further Have a good day / ****

      Company continued charging collection fees despite missing numerous pickups in Q3/Q4 2023. Terminated service with the company in 2024. Have spent weeks trying to get them to pick up their buckets. They send texts to put them down. Then they fail to show up. We are getting texts threatening fines if we don't put them down on the dates they demand. And then they don't show up. It's completely infuriating.

      Blosenski continue to miss schedule pick *** When called they say on the way but fail to turn up ***** left up to two weeks as they miss their set deadline

      ** Blosenski constantly misses pick *** for trash and recycling and will not credit customers accounts for missed pick ***.

      this company does not pick up the trash and recycling we pay for almost every week there's a problem or excuse - they never offer refunds - just this past year they decided it was ok to charge the same amount and only pick up recycling twice a month - So cans sit out for days - a clear signal to others they residence may not be home inviting thieves to tart our homes for theft somebody ie you guys please make them accountable!

      I have been a customer of AJ ********************** trash since June 2023. Over the last few months they have failed to pick up my trash and recycling in a timely manner. For example, my recycling was not picked up the entire month of February. I canceled my service on 3/13/2024. They were supposed to pick up their empty cans on 3/21/24. They did not pick the cans up. I called them and they stated the cans were "not out". They were out the night before. I can not leave my cans out for days since the high winds blow empty cans everywhere. Since they continue to fail at their job, i aksed them to either call me with an exact can pick up time or come to my door when they arrive. They have refused this option.I do not want to be charged for the cans; however, this company has obvious issues picking ANYTHING up. Please advise

      Over the past 3 years I have had numerous issues with this company that I have been forced to use because of a trash contract established by our township. There have been multiple complaints filed by myself and by neighbors to the ************ ************************* but they refuse to act without having picture and video evidence. Recently, our township has decided not to renew the trash contract with this company. However everyone in the township has already paid their bill to this company for the quarter. The company refuses to pick up our recycling and some trash at certain residences. They ignore calls from individuals and from the township. When they do answer, they claim that they will find a way to pick up the trash and recycling but never show up. These people are criminals.

      My trash pick up has been consistently late. I canceled service, and they did not pick up trash toters either day that was scheduled. This service has been weak, and left me with trash toters sitting on the curb at my house for days on end without notice, reason, or any communication.
