Company has been bought, and they decided to terminate services in my area, they did not provide enough time for new services to be set up as I just received the letter Friday June 30th and their services stop on July 19th. I have been a customer of AJ Blosenski for over 10 years and I understand the company was purchased by a new owner. For about 1 year, my service contract of 2x week pick up has not been met. The missed pick ups on several occasions with no call or alert, on at least three occasions they sent out a phone call stating their wasn't going to be pick up. I called on several occasions and the stated they would look into a credit on the account and I never got one. Now a letter dated June 13, but I received on June 24 stated effective July 17th there would be one pick up and no price change. I called June 27th and June 28th to cancel service and have not gotten a response. I want a full credit on the last quarter I paid and I want confirmation of my last pick up date and a refund on the last quarter. There was not sufficient notice and they are in breech of contract with me.Business Response

The week of June 19th 2023, I received a letter from AJ Blonsenski that our trash service will be reduced to one day a week starting July 19th. Previously, AJB missed our scheduled pick ups on 6/29, 6/26, 6/22, 6/15, 6/08. I called multiple times the week of July 26th, 2023 and even left a message. I even emailed them multiple times on the website. The letter fails to address any reduction in service cost. I would like the company to call me back to discuss future bills/service and appropriate credits.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because I am unable to request a second bin due to lack the company not responding to emails or phone calls. How do I request this? I emailed Customerservice****@wcicustomer.com and got a bounce back. I would like at least a second bin or someone to contact me confirming it. Please provide a proper way to contact the company to request another bin.

I am a residential trash and recycling customer paying $69/quarter. The agreement states that AJ Blosenski will pickup my trash and recycling weekly, but yet they have failed to do so at least 40% of the time over the most recent quarter end. As such, I requested the business null and void my contract which they breached, and repeatedly have left messages so they will come pickup their trash and recycling bins from my residence. The business is unresponsive and have no confirmed receipt of my inquiries. Despite the business owing me money for these missed pickups that are prepaid on a quarterly basis, I would be satisfied if they picked up their trash and recycling bins and never contacted me again (not that they are trying). I paid for the year and AJ Blosenski Trash Company is not picking up our trash and recycling. Today is the second week that recycling has not been picked up... and it is piling up. I have called and emailed to have them fix this, I am not able to reach them. (phone rings and rings and nobody answers) Emails are not returned. Trash service is non existent. Paying for twice a week pick up and we are lucky if they show up once. They sent a letter saying they will now only be picking up once a week no longer twice but still aren’t showing up at all. It has been a week and a half since our last pick up, trash is piling up and we are still paying and being charged the twice a week rate. From what I’ve seen on social media its the whole area around be. Have called multiple times with no answer and no returned phone call even after leaving multiple messages.
