      This is a trash pick up company. I have paid my bill and have not had trash collected for 3 weeks. I have made multiple calls and nothing is being resolved. I have 12 trash bags to be collected and I can not get them to collect them.

      Our trash has not been picked up a few times when it was supposed to be. The most recent was on 7/22/2023. We are paying for services that are not rendered. They have one excuse after another as to why they are not picking up. If you cant service us give us our money back. I should. It have to pay for services that I have not received.

      AJ Blosenski has not picked up recycling five out of the last seven week, and has neglected to pick up trash for the last two weeks. They refunded me for one missed recycle pick up (instead of three), emailed me to tell me they would pick up trash on 7/20/23 but did not, nor have they picked up trash or recycling for my neighbors and others in the surrounding area.

      We use AJ Blosenski as our trash service. It has become a trend now that they simply do not show up to fulfill the services we are paying for. Furthermore there is no communication or warning. Many weeks I take my trash out, only to bring it back in with no idea when theyll come. Today was another example. Given that missed services have become the norm I believe: 1) an additional large trash can should be provided at the companys cost; 2) I should be reimbursed for services previously paid, and 3) I should compensated for the inconvenience. The company never communicates or proactively reimburses for missed services.

      AJ Blosenski has missed at least 4 trash collections and 5 recycling collections over the past 2 months. Most recently the missed collections have been consecutive misses. The company was contacted by me multiple times via phone, as well as via online submission via their contact page (the don't publish an email address to contact them directly, go figure). Several weeks after the misses we finally received a notice via USPS mail that they were having labor capacity issues and that the company didn't know when our trash and recyclables would be picked up. However their quarterly billed was sent right on time and not discounted nearly enough for the extra work I've had to complete to deal with the aftermath. I've had to spend hours taking care of flies and maggots that have since been created by this lack of service. Since I have not received any 1-1 contact from the company, I'm asking that my quarter 3 (July, Aug, Sept.) bill to be refunded in full to be satisfied after being a very happy customer for over 10 years, until now and after they were bought by a big corporation. I'm just a nobody . regular consumer, but myself and the people of my community deserve better. Please investigate and advise. I appreciate the BBB's help in resolving this matter.       I have auto payment set up for trash and recycling collection. My payment have never been late. They have simply just stopped showing up to preform the service. I am unable to reach anyone, and have yet to hear back. Our intire road is littered with full and over flowing trash and recycling bins. Animals are getting into it and spreading it throughout the area.

      I am rejecting this response because: you have failed to collect my trash for over a month, you have no customer service support only voicemails that fall on deaf ears. Even when i called to cancel on july 31st have still yet to receive a confirmation email of termination of service.

      Service has been terrible recently - recyclables have not been picked up weekly, as contracted. Instead, we have gone 2 and 3 weeks without a pickup. Bi-Weekly trash pickup has been non-existant - they are only picking up on Monday instead of the contracted Monday and Thursday. Today I received a letter saying that my service had been switched from bi-weekly trash pickup to only once a week (Monday). However, the cost of the service ($98/quarter) was not going to change. That's 33% fewer pickups for the same price.

      Since we are decreasing your service from 2 times a week to 1 time a week, we are offering a 2nd cart to accommodate for the 2nd day of service that will no longer be provided.

      I am on auto draft with AJ Blosenski for trash removal services. On July 6 AJ Blosenski charged me the 108.50 for the quarter (July-Oct). On July 10 we received a letter stating AJ will no longer service our area and our last pick up will be on July 21. We contacted them to ask about a refund and they informed us that we would have to wait for a check to he mailed to our house. They said they could not give me a pro-rated amount because my service is still active, and I’d have to wait until July 24 to call back to find out how much I will be refunded. They knew they were no longer servicing our area as of July, yet they still went in and took money out of our account. I want the money refunded the same way in which they took it, and don’t want to wait around for a check in the mail. I don’t know what happened with them, they say they are suddenly short staffed, but it does not give them the right to take money for services they knew they were not going to provide. I would like more refund immediately.

      My trash company has missed pick up 3 weeks in a row. I have made several attempts to contact them with no return call. I continue to receive automated messages stating to leave my trash out, that someone will pick up, but after 3 weeks no one has come. I currently have ben billed for the next 3 months of service, which I do not feel I should be responsible for paying.

      We currently use this company for trash removal and recycling. They recently sold the business to another company and are not picking up trash that has been out. They sent letters stating that they are no longer doing residential pick ups and have taken the next 3 months payment out of my account and now I cannot get them on the phone. There is no answer and no way to leave a message. This seems to be a problem with many people who use their services.
