AJ Blosenski is awful. For the last few months they have not provided their collection services on multiple occasions and they are not communicating when they are (or mostly are not) coming to provide their services. Most of my block uses them (many like me for over 10 years) and we have not had trash picked up for nearly 3 weeks (in 3 days it will be 3 weeks). There was one communication two weeks ago to put trash out on Saturday, 7/22/23 but it was not collected then and we've heard nothing since. As a result, anyone who uses AJ Blosenski on my block has left their trash out in hopes they will miraculously come by to pick it up. Consequently, their have been racoons in the area, there are maggots in the trash cans, and trash is piling up. This is unsafe for the community, for the workers collecting the trash (if they ever come), and a breach of contract if we are not credited for services that are not being rendered. I (and many others on my block and in my township and in other local communities) have gone to the news and social media about this issue with no resolution. They are not taking/returning my Township Office's calls either. AJ Blosenski needs to collect the trash and recycling or be put out of business ASAP. We have been commercial customers for many years but there have been significant service issues the last few months. This is at least the third time in recent history we have gone 2+ weeks without trash or recycling pick up and we are contracted for WEEKLY service. We still have not received the credit we were told would be applied from the first time this happened months ago. Can't get anyone on the phone. No one returns phone calls. But they are certainly still charging us increasing fuel surcharges for trucks that are not even picking up our trash. Absolutely unacceptable.Business Response

AJ Blosenski has failed to pick up trash at our house and our neighborhood for two weeks. They failed to pick up trash on the following dates 7/20/23, 7/22/23 and 7/27/23. Despite repeated telephone calls and messages, they still have not provided when the next pick up will occur. This is now unsanitary and a health hazard.Business Response

The for the past few months they have been completely missing trash pick up. Its gotten so bad there is now weeks old trash blowing around my neighborhood and its smelling like a rotting corpse. They do not answer the phone or emails. Also, they sent a text saying it was going to be picked up on saturday 7/22/23 and they still have not picked it up and is sitting in my front yard with animals and bugs constantly going after it. We have contracted with AJ Blosenski to pick-up our residential garbage and recycling. We are auto-billed on our credit card. Blosenski has failed to pick-up either trash or recycling on time and/or regularly on several occasions in the last 6 months. They send emails asking us for patience and to leave our trash at the curb, in hopes they will eventually pick it up. It has now been 2 weeks since they have picked up the trash. Streets in Schuylkill Twnshp., PA are lined with Blosenski trash receptacles that are over flowing and rancid. When you call to speak to someone you never get a live person. When you email you receive no response. And for all the missed services in the last months they have issued no refunds or discounts. The only thing you get are form emails asking you for patience and thanking you.Business Response

I have paid for trash pick up and AJ Blosenski ignores calls and refuses to pick up the trash. My trash cans have become filled with maggots and I have incurred costs to replace them in addition there is no where to put the trash except to leave it outside. This is the 3rd time we have have had 2 weeks worth of trash not picked up without communication. Last week they missed pick up and claimed they would come Saturday and no pickup happened. I was a residential trash and recycling customer of A.J. Blosenski until I received a letter dated June 22, 2023 (received via USPS on July 8, 2023) from them stating that they were ending collection in my area on July 21, 2023. But they charged my credit card on July 3, 2023 for the next quarter. Then they left a voice mail stating that last collection would be on July 21, 2023 and they would then pick up my trash container by July 24, 2023. After 5 phone calls to them asking for a refund of the charge for the quarter, I finally received a credit back for only July through September and not for the missed collection service on June 30, 2023 which they stated was also on my account. They have not picked up their container and have actually suggested in phone conversations with their customer service line that I dispose of it myself as they are not going to be back in the area to pick it up. There are no less than 15 such containers in within a mile of my home. Do the job. Perform what you were contracted and paid to do and collect your equipment off my property! You fired me - I paid my bills and you have not performed your side of the contract, nor what you stated in recent emails and phone calls. And credit my account for June 30, 2023 missed pickup!!!Business Response
