This business is calling relatives, leaving threatening voicemails and asking for my contact information and that I must call back to discuss an issue. They spoof the number they are calling from to make it look local and then give me another number to call back which is a completely different number from their website. Demanded that I must take care of this by Wednesday to avoid further action. I demand they cease all further contact by telephone under the rules of the FDCPA.Business Response

I received a call from Ms ***** stating she has a pending litigation on me. She said she has called multiple times but have no record of any calls and no other voicemail than the one that was left. She states she called my place of business and got hung up on. I also don’t have any record of any call on my work phone. She then said she’d call and leave a message with my HR. That’s to my knowledge is illegal. They didn’t say what this was in regards to only a date of March 2022. I didn’t call them back.Business Response

Constantly calling my phone number and other third parties phone numbers. Following this complaint I will also be contacting the FTC for violating my consumer rights. They call my family members making it seem I’m going to jail or court immediately. I’m constantly getting messages and voicemails from supposedly PI’s “working for the court” wanting my address and personal information to serve me with a summons, if this would be a legit court situation they could easily find my information needed and serve documents but it’s constant harassment that if I don’t reply they will send this of to court, this will publicly serve as my cease and desist request: To Whom It May Concern: This will serve as your legal notice under the FDCPA to cease all communication with me or anyone that I may know in regards to this so called debt. Do not contact me or any other third parties, and family, and place of employment regarding this so called debt. Furthermore, I formally dispute the validity of this debt. Please provide me with the documentation that supports why you believe this debt belongs to me, and why you believe I owe this amount. This company and number has been calling my family and coworkers. Looking for me I have had the same number and address for over 7 years. They stated they sent certified mail to my address which was never sent also threatening me being very aggressive. When I said I was not paying them anything I was going to contact my attorney. This company has been contacting and threatening me about a debt I was unaware of. Because they knew my ssn and my name I felt like it was valid now that I look at all the reports it looks to be a scam. They keep threading a civil action lawsuit suite. They never contacted my prior to this lawsuit they call my monthly threatening this. I believe I already paid too much and I paid towards a scam. When I asked for documentation on this they never sent it. This debt isn’t on my credit report nor have I ever heard of it. Please help me get the answers I need.
