  I got a call from Anthony S***** stating I owed on a payday loan. After looking into the orgnial loan I did owe it. I did research on Main Solutions group and thought they were legit. Agree on a settlement amount if 350.41 in monthly payments which I have a e doc I signed for that amount, back in May 2024 with the first payment being in June. I noticed over the weekend on 11/16/2024 another $100.11 was pending in my bank account. I check my email and find the signed doc. I finally got into contact with Main Soultions this morning and I spoke to 3 different people who all gave me different amounts, stating due to the 350 being declined I made a verbal agreement to pay off $700, which I know I didn’t. When asked for the recording I was first told they could email it to me in 30 min max. Cool I’ll wait on hold. 45 min later I get told they are having a hard time finding the recording and they have to send a request to IT to provide it, which can take up to 2 weeks to receive. I asked how when apparently y’all are saying I called back on June 8th, 2024 and made this verbal agreement. I use to work in collections, it’s not hard nor time consuming to look up a call by the date given, saved to the desk top and email it to me. I was then placed back on hold and hung up on and now when I call the line just rings. - I have disputes the extra charges and canceled my debit card so they do not keep trying to take more money. Also with none of the calls they never said this was an attempt to collect a debt any information will be used for that reason and this call maybe recorded. That right there it’s self is against FDCPA collection laws.

  I have been working with them for several months now and have always paid the bill. I could not answer the phone when they call because I was at work and the guy Eandy J**** has been very rude to me and theathing me about a law suit. I know I own the money but have been try to pay and they do not care.

  I have received numerous, harassing phone calls from a Max Sabain at this company, One Main Resolution Group. I apparently have a debt that I have tried to work with them on paying it off. I agreed to 400 for 6 months. The money has been in my account at 8am every two weeks, and I have told them this. Now I apparently am being processed legal papers to my home or employer, and I need 2 legal forms of ID!?! This company has also called my father, which I have never given out his phone number to anyone. How did they get his number? My father has nothing to do with this situation. Is this a legit collection agency? I am pinching pennies every paycheck, I'm at a loss here, please help.

  I received a call from someone threatening to serve me and that if I don't pay, they're going to process my debt in the county. I spoke to a Victoria S*******, who says they are not a debt collector, but a mediation company. I told her I would make payments, and told her I can make $50. She said no. They're not going to accept that amount. You would have to do more. She told me she's not talking to me to get payment. She only wanted to get a statement from me. They did have someone else call initially stating they were a process server and confirming my address. Then, they provided a number to call, which brought me to Main Resolutions Group. I told Victoria that collections agencies are to send letters within five days of contact with a customer, verifying the debt. She was annoyed at me stating this to her, and said she would, and hung up on me. What a foul "business."

  I keep receiving calls stating that I need to call within 48 hours or charges will be pressed. Asking for my legal team. Never gives information of complainant. Uses verbiage that can be considered a scare tactic. Phone number they want you to call is different than the number they call from. Feels like a scam.

  Juliana from Main Resource Group contacted my mother regarding a debt I had and then when I called and asked her to remove my mother’s number and to try to give her the number for National Debt Relief. She said I was being rude and hung up the phone on me. Very poor customer service on her part and not very experienced with de-escalation techniques. I always live by be careful how you treat people. Especially when they express they are dealing with a loss of a loved one. Hanging up is very unprofessional. When I called back I spoke to an awesome lady who provided me with excellent customer service and provided me with such care in her response. Which helped to de-escalate and relax my frustration. I thank her very much! I hope to get all my debts resolved as soon as I’m able to and appreciate companies that aren’t just about business. But that actually have some care, compassion and flexibility of payment options. Anyone can be in a tough spot and need some grace.

  Called me leaving a message for the 2nd time today. Stating that a person I know will be put in jail if thay don't respond by end of day. Also talked to other people that know this person and the person there threatening. All same basic threats from same person but from multiple numbers from multiple states. Big scam and the federal prosecutor should file against them and prosicute to fullest extent of the law.

  I received a voicemail this morning from Max who states he is with the civil processing department at main resolution group. He stated the office was obtained this morning in a pre- litigation complaint that was filed by his client. I had 48 hours to respond before they peruse with legal action in court. My family members have gotten messages also. He gives an 877 number to call back at with ext 108, however they are spoofing the number to look like it comes from my area. This goes agains FTC with threatening people of legal matters and the phone calls need to stop.

  I was told about loan that was in collections and was now handled by Main resolution. I paid numerous payments to them only to do research and find out that they aren't a legitimate company who has been threatening me with legal actions and garnishment. Original loan was paid and then wanted me to pay for another loan which was defaulted cause of covid. They sent me a new document to sign for new default loan but I never signed anything. I was then told by someone named Lynn that they record everything and I agreed to pay in which I asked her why did they send forms for me to sign, she stated that I agreed which I explained to her that I didn't because I had started doing research on this place. Lynn begin threatening me with more legal action. I would like for threatening and harassing calls to stop to my me and my family. Please cease and desist all communication immediately.
