  This company is a fraud if there ever was one. I cant get to believe me alone. Their email address is invalid and theres no number listed for them. I need assurance that I will not bother me again or take any more money out of my account, our account too

  I consider this a scam. I signed up for a discounted first month of one dollar and $1.99 And then followed up with a discounted year for $39. However, my credit card was charged for over $260 in a bunch of smaller charges. I contacted **************** and had a chat conversation as well as sending an email to them and nothing was resolved. I never used the product since I consider the company at best unethical and at worst a scam.

  I signed up for their service in 2023. I have been charged twice for for yr he service $39 last year and $49 on 12/31/24 automatically through Apple Pay. However, they are not listed as a subscription in Apple Pay, so I cannot cancel them. I have tried to cancel the service through their app, but they say that I cannot cancel the service until I first canceled the subscription. But there is no way to cancel the subscription. When I go onto their website and attempt to use my email address to login, I am told that it will not work. When I try to reset my password, it goes nowhere. When I talk to them on the phone, they cannot find the charge, they cannot find my account, and they cannot cancel the service. The only way I am able to keep from being charged again is to cancel my credit card or cancel my card on Apple Pay, which removes it for the other services I subscribed to there.

  Buyer beware! They should change their name to either TotalRunaround or ***************************** late November 2023, I purchased a subscription for TotalAV's virus protection software on my laptop PC for $19. Come November 2024, neither any reminder e-mails nor notifications of any kind were sent to me (the subscriber) to remind me of the upcoming automatic subscription renewal, and then they automatically charged my credit card $49.00 for another annual subscription. I then logged in to the software with my account and went through their Dashboard to manually cancel all my product subscriptions. I then called them twice to try to obtain a refund (their website indicates that as long as you contact them within 30 days of your subscription renewal, you can cancel the service and obtain a refund). All I received from both phone calls was some ridiculous excuse about my e-mail address being compromised, which is why they couldn't process a refund to my credit card. That is complete utter nonsense! Even if my e-mail address is "compromised," that should have absolutely nothing to do with their ability to credit my credit card. I then also contacted them by sending a message though the Contact Form on their website, but still have received no response (after all, it still allows me to log into my account with my so-called "compromised" e-mail address). They just refuse to grant a customer's request to cancel the service and obtain a refund. It's like pulling teeth (with no anesthetic). Again...buyer beware!

  You sign up for a months trial and without permission keep billing And getting paid thru ******. I complained to both TotalAv and ******. I cancelled TotalAV on their site And ****** but it still keeps happening. And when you try to get another company to check for viruses the option that comes up is TotalAV. This is very frustrating.***** ********

  Zero stars. This company initiated a charge on my credit card for $119 without my consent. I do not even know what total AV is and there is no way to reach anyone from the company through email telephone chat, etc. to tell them to reverse a charge made fraudulently on my credit card. I have had to cancel my credit card and file a fraud complaint against them And going to Better Business Bureau. I see that they have many outstanding complaints regarding the same issue.
