  I have got this software to put on my computer and my information is still being compromised. I should not have to spend all of this money on this software with my information being exploited

  Absolutely horrible. A 100% rip-off DO NOT USE Total AV the total rip-off. Paid the $119.00 and after the check cleared was notified that they would debit my account $60.00 by this October *******. With an option to tag on some other 'BS item for $28.00 a month with no say in the matter from myself. They will make the decision. And that remark just proved what a scumbag, ******* organization it is. This is what happened to m,e for not researching their flaky business it is. ******!

  I have not done business with TOTALADBLOCK for while. I quit. Now they are repeatedly trying to charge me for a year but were thankfully declined. Today, August *******, they tried to charge me again $150 and $155. Again, they were declined. These thieves need to be stopped!

  Totalav is total fraud!! Don't use them ever. The apps slowed my android down Uninstaller them so nonuse of these apps I had no idea I was being charged. So I noticed charge for June and July. I canceled reoccurring charges through ******, then I was told I'd get a credit for July. Never happened. Forget when you call or email. Just plain scammers.

  Had been using the product for a couple of years, my "supscription" expired. so when i went to renew they offered a deal the was well below the usual price. paid it only for the product to work for 1 day and act like the company never got paid. Kept doing this for about a month, now my renewal date is coming for full price, so what was the point of the "deals". I spent another 2weeks trying to cancel my subscription only to be hit with error codes from their website consistently. They are nothing but a scam and their product will block alot of normal websites for no reason even if whitelisted.

  My credit card kept getting hit for a charge of $199.00 in which my bank denied the charge. In speaking with the bank they said I would need to contact and cancel my subscription with Total AV. I contacted Total AV they insisted that they needed me to fill out a cancellation form in which they would have to provide by allowing them to take control of my computer. Reluctantly, I allowed them to take control of the computer and the person I was speaking with assured me that he was getting the form I needed to cancel the subscription. However, after several minutes of the guy searching through my files it was apparent that he wanted to teach me a ****** in which I quickly ended the call and his ability to have any further control of my computer at least at that immediate time. I don't want their product and hopefully I won't have any further issues from them. After this experience I wouldn't recommend their product at all because with him taking control of my computer and going through my files with me knowing it, what are they doing behind the scenes without my knowledge.

  I've had total AV for 6 years. there is no possible way to get in touch w/tech support. They will chat on line...but will rush you through and then just hang up. My problem is NEVER resolved. The only thing you can do is to completely uninstall and reinstall...but there is not ONE program...I have 3 and there are a slew of others..you pay for each separately. Early on, two of them clashed with each other so even though I'd paid for it, I deleted one of them so that the others would run. Yet NO ONE will speak on phone. Or help you at all on the chat. I've been on my computer three days now to try to get the *** to start working again. The man helping me just said well, bye basically

  I NEVER agreed to sign up for this product. I had a subscription to *********, who apparently gave my financial information to TotalAV without my knowledge or permission. I randomly had a charge for this service I never agreed to. I attempted to cancel or get a refund through their app or website, but it is impossible to do. All i can do is dispute through my bank. TotalAV has some shady cam practices, even if they are legitimate.

  Scam - phishing. Don't get it . You can't never get ahold of anyone. You dial the number and get an office room rental. The person you talk to says they get a lot of people calling their number and they said it's probably a scam. They got my card information and I want it stopped taking money from me . So be aware.
