    **************** is very bad, did not feel comfortable doing what they were telling me to do, said they could not credit back my credit card. Tried to call them back, they would not answer my call. When I called from a different number they answered. Told me I was the problem and they didnt answer on purpose and now would not answer that number. Very unprofessional!

    Please leave me alone. Total AV first sucked me into a $1.99 which then went up to $9.99. I finally unsubscribed, but they keep sending me messages in red that my phone is compromised and then I see that's Total AV. Go away.

    A scam not a business. You will accrue false charges and you cant cancel on the internet. I found a phone number that worked for me but BBB will not allow me to include it in this review. They did return disputed charges and canceled our account without pushback. We also blocked this business at the bank.

    I saw an unauthorized withdrawal on my checking account I called, they claimed that I had signed up for 3 subscriptions. That is false. I had no subscriptions with them. However, what they wanted to charge me to cancel the "3 subscriptions" within a 24-hour period was more than the actual cost of the subscriptions. In the end,I had to pay them to cancel my subscription or there would be recurring charges to my ********** is a scam. I believe ** has a buyer remorse law. SINCE they have an office in ***********, looking into that. If you see their add, don't even click on it.

    This company are real thieves!! I have been trying to cancel for at least 3 months and have been unsuccessful. So I thought I would have my credit card company to decline the charge when it comes through...THESE THIEVES WENT THROUGH MY ****** PAY in order to retrieve payment. This company is hideous and don't take no or no longer needed for an answer.

    This company is a complete scam Charged my ****** account somehow for a product I never ordered.Impossible to cancel and get refund.
