    I signed up for a free trial. The information said it would be $39 a year. I have just been charged for $279. There is no way to cancel my subscription. I will have to go to my bank and get a new credit card and have the bank Reject payment. This is outrageous.

    Its ok, but confusing sometimes. I just got a recurring charge from my bank for $98!! Im cancelling, just because I didnt have a say in the matter! Underhanded, Id say.

    Horrible!!!! I cancelled the subscription with them and they keep trying to charge my account, they even went through my ****** account. DO NOT USE THEM

    The product offered is not provided and will not work without multiple additional purchases which recur automatically. It is impossible to cancel. I called customer service and ultimately they hung up when I asked to cancel the account the same day of purchase. No matter what you do they will not cancel the account. The company says you can cancel within 30 days. Not true. I couldnt cancel the same day. I believe this company is scamming people out of money through unwanted, useless products that people are unable to cancel.

    ********* subscription in August 2024 and received cancellation confirmation from company. Received a message 11/18/24 from my bank looking at a charge from the company for September thru November 2024 without my knowledge. Cannot find a telephone number on company's website. Did find a phone number and was talking to a person and the call was surprisingly reconnected

    I ONCE SUBSCRIBED TO TOTAL AV. I NO LONGER WISH TO HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY.I HAVE COMPLAINED TO THEM ON THEIR WEBSITE, BUT THEY HARRASS ME NON-STOP.I HAVE PURCHASED AD PROTECTION ELSEWHERE,BUT EVERY TIME I OPEN A WEB PAGE, THEY CONTINUE TO HARRASS ME -- YOUR TOTAL AV IS ABOUT TO EXPIRE -- IN BANNERS CROSSING THE ENTIRE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE!PLEASE STOP HARRASSING ME!!I DO NOT WANT YOUR PRODUCT !!!

    ZERO -5 The 1 star is the minimum rated review, if a star is not selected your response will not be accepted.Great way for a bad company forcing theirs elves on unsuspecting people looking for security only to get bamboozled to a product that has you waste time and money getting unsubscribed and credited for a lot more than $2 dispute change cards .Just remember if its to good to be true; usually it is as no way 2 bucks can do all that. Read the agreement better YET DELETE FROM PHONE ALTOGETHER BE GLAD YOU WERE NOT CAUGHT UP IN THE VORTEX PUTTING YOU IN A POSITION OF SAVING AND OR KEEPING A GOOD CREDIT RATING.IF YOU ARE CAUGHT UP IN THE VORTEX, CHALLENGE DISPUTE STATEMENT AND GET NEW CARD IMMEDIATELY NOT TAKING CHANCE FOR HAVING FRAUDULENT CHARGES. BE SAFE PROTECT YOUR CREDIT USE DISCOVER THEIR EXCELLENT HANDLING DISPUTES AND WORK WITH MAKING IT RIGHT.     I think these people are scammers and should be shut down. I visited ***** site. Decided against it. Then I got hit up for an account. $39.95. ******* declined it and issued me a new card. Then they debited my new card. How they goy that I don't know. Then they wanted me to pay $15.95 to cancel an account I never opened. And when you call them all you get is ab endless number of people and the run around. If this continues I am going to report them. They need to be shut down. And they advertised for $2.00 but it's not. Have also seen advertisemen that it's free. **** . They need to be shut down.....serously

    Total AV is either scamming people or someone is using them to scam people. Twice they have tried to charge my credit card for services I have not purchased, ever. I have never done business with Total AV and didn't even know who they were. I even cancelled my credit card and got a new one and they immediately tried to charge that one. I have no idea how they are getting these credit card numbers and I have reported them for fraudulent charges. I don't believe this is a case of stolen identity as I'm not having any other problems with anything. I'm going to change my email address again and see if this helps. These people must be stopped, they're stealing money from others for unauthorized services.

    The services advertised as "remove ads" did not perform as advertised. I was charged 3 times for a total $114.00 plus 1.99/month. I attempted to invoke the "money-back guarantee" and was unsuccessful. The process is convoluted.
