1 starThis product is a rip off! It deserves less than a zero. DO NOT PURCHASE. We purchased this product a year ago with a third family vehicle mostly driven by our child in college. 1. They refused our to pay out the first time we tried to use it.2. We went online and found out we could cancel the policy and get a pro rata amount credited to our auto loan. We had 36 months and 15k miles left on our warranty and GWC would only credit our account for $540 (on a policy we paid $2,800 for a year ago)!Do not waste your money on this product. The $2,800 WE PAID GWC IS MORE THAN THE WORK PERFORMED ON THE **** If we had kept our $2,800 we would have been better off.NEVER AGAIN!!GWC Warranty

1 starWill never buy again. They keep asking for more and more records to approve my claim. I went a week without my truck, had to pay diagnostic costs out of my own cost to get my truck back. Im never buying an extended warranty ever again, and would certainly never use this company ever again. Ill be fixing my truck myself.GWC Warranty

1 starI purchased the ultra plan which is suppose to be good. Not so. Truck needs a new transmission and warranty wants to put a no name brand in my ***** truck. I have ****** miles and the warranty on there transmission will be until I hit ****** miles which will take me 2 weeks to do. And also the mechanic shop called to tell me that they will not pay there hourly rate so I will owe $430. Warranty told me I'd I want the gm transmission I would have to pay the difference of $2700. Yeah ok!!!! The gm transmission coles with a 3 year ******* mile warranty. It can be just me that thinks this is not right and pretty much I consider this to be a scam. This isn't American at all.GWC Warranty

1 starWorst company ever. I paid **** for policy and when a lifter went bad and damaged the motor they played games and jerked me and the shop owner around for months. Never paid a dime of the **** to fix it. Never use them it's a scam.GWC Warranty

1 starWhen I purchased a car in September, I paid for a year subscription to the warranty company. My cars transmission went out 2 weeks after the purchase. I reach out to the warranty company to cover the cost of the transmission. Instead they sent the mechanic a used transmission. The transmission they sent was not in working condition and the mechanic informed them of that. They stated they will not send another working transmission. We are having to come out of pocket even more for the mechanic to purchase parts to get the transmission they sent working. Our car has been in the shop for over a month now. I will never do business with them again.GWC Warranty

1 starDO not do business with this company. My car broke down on July 27th, 2023, and it is now September 11, 2023. My car is still sitting in the garage and the engine they sent to replace my old one, to quote the mechanic, "It looked like someone used a hammer and a crowbar to take it out of the old car." 1 starThey are the biggest rip I have ever seen. I took my car to the shop and was toll I need a engine rebuild I payed **** out of pocket to have the engine tore down and was toll I would get my money back if it was a covered repair and it was so they decided to rebuild the motor but dont cover screws bolts and different hardware. How are you going to rebuild a motor without that stuff. What a rip off
