"I bought a used truck and got a way with this company now my truck is in the shop I have to pay ******* to get it fix I call them to see what it covers i talk to a nice lady name **** and she told me to have the shop to call back and see what it cover ,so they did call back and nothing is cover so I do not know why they sell there warranty and it does not cover anything so I call back and talk to this other lady and I asked her that I want to cancel it I still have one more year to pay on it and she said the only way it could be cancel is if the truck is stolen or repo or total lost ." ...
