    If there's anyone out there, offered or propositioned for warranty for your car, with GWC warranty.Don't! This company is fraudently operating to defraud hard working Americans out of their money, to build wealth, with false advertising and false business operation. If you're like me retired and on fixed income depend on a warranty or insurance companies to stay afloat. This Gwc warranty company is a fraud and the only way we can stop these companies from taking an advantage of us is to hold them accountable. This company is actually taking people's money and getting rich off it. I had a paid-up warranty for a year. I took my car in for repairs, and they found every excuse they could deny my claim. lie after lie. the final lie you damage your car while driving it. If there anyone out there who would like to participate in a class action lawsuit, please fill free to contact me at Face book and leave a message, before the try and file bankrupt. you know they do. we are hardworking Americans, but not stupid. class action. I wll be posting the information on *********

    Dont waste your time with an extended warranty from GWC. I have had 2 claims filed and both were denied. Parts that needed to be replaced were not covered. But if I had the whole component replaced that the parts were a part of it would have been no problem. I just dont understand how they can do this to consumers. I put good faith in this warranty and keep getting let down.

    Spent $1000 on their warranty NO mechanic would take their warranty (including FORD).Was told I could get my car repaired and then file a claim (since no mechanic wanted to deal with this company).After doing this they denied my claim for not getting prior approval. I asked to appeal and they said I could not appeal.

    ***'s "PROTECTION THE MINUTE YOU DRIVE OFF THE **** is a Joke!I purchased a 2014 ****** Versa Note with ******* miles on it on November 17, 2022. Prior to buying the car I reviewed the Carfax report and drove the car in various conditions (interstate, stop and start, hilly, ect.) and found that it ran with no problem. I also connected a *** sensor to the *** port and ran a scan that showed no codes.I purchased the GWC warranty because it had no waiting period. The *** brochure stated PROTECTION THE MINUTE YOU DRIVE OFF THE ****.On Sunday, November 20, a check engine light came on. I did a *** scan and it gave a P0744 Powertrain Torque Converter Clutch Circuit Intermittent code. On Monday, November 21, I took the car to **************. I told them that I had the GWC warranty and asked them to please contact *** first before performing any work. They told me that they would need to do a transmission diagnostic test and pull the transmission pan to see if there were metal fragments in the pan. They found a PO744 fault in the diagnostic test and recommended a new transmission. *** denied the claim stating that it was a preexisting condition.When I purchased the car, I received a ********** Smog report. I read where check engine lights would cause the test to "fail". My cars report shows that there were no *** codes at the time of the test. So I submitted a claims appeal. The *** supervisor told me that the transmission problem was "wear-and-tear" (or "preexisting") not a "failure." So much for ***'s No Worries, Just Drive. Wouldn't any failure with a used car be "wear and tear"?The transmission check engine light continues to stay on. Today my wife was driving the car and pulled out in front of a bus when the transmission "died". Fortunately the bus stopped and she was able to "limp" across the street and park it. No Worries, ******************!

    This company will not help you at all. I have a 2013 **** Fusion that I have not had for a year and my engine went out. Everything is supposed to be covered under my engine. I had to get the car towed to the shop. The claims persons came out to the shop and did his inspection of the car and now they saying they not going to cover it. Whats the point of paying for a warranty and the company dont help you out.

    STAY AWAY. Read your contract very carefully. I ran into an issue where I paid about $*****.00 for a warranty and their service is terrible. They will not use OEM parts and will not cover the entire cost of the labor. For a repair I still had to pay $3,900 out of pocket. **************** is terrible unless you reach out to upper management. ( ***************** at gwcwarranty.com, jvirgoe at gwcwarranty.com, jv at gwcwarranty.com, *************** at gwcwarranty.com, seisenfelder at apcoholdings.com, jlee at apcoholdings.com, jvirgoe at apcoholdings.com ) Those emails will work. And after such a terrible experience I decided to sell my car from such a bad taste in my mouth. When I got my refund I was able to get 20% of my ***** purchase. Mind you the warranty was for 36 months and I kept the car about 8 months. Scamy company that does not stand by their word and does every little trick to try to bleed money from their customers.
