      Very bad experience with this group. Booked a hotel with confirmed early check in for 10:45 a.m. Also pre-paid with credit card. Arrived at the ********, in **** ***** at 10:45 a.m. The people there told me that they see the booking, but that they do not check in until 3:00 ******************** at the ******** told me the error was because I used a third party. I asked her if that was discouraged. She said it was. Had to jump through hoops to get my card refunded.
