      Terrible company.We paid $70 for a consultation.Spent 2 hours with *****************He was supposed to come back 2 days later to install the equipment.He didn't show up and he didn't call.I called the company and **** (the man I spoke to) said that ******** would be coming the next day. He offered no explanation why ******** didn't show up on the day he was supposed to, and he claimed that he had no way to get in touch with him (which I don't believe is possible).I insisted on a refund for the consultation and they refused since, they said, had already transpired. The consultation was a waste of time.There people are full of baloney. Find another company!

      I needed help fixing the mess I made which is likely the worst kind of call. But the technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly, able to fix my mess. I only wish I had started by calling them first.

      The tech was polite, friendly, and very professional. Looking at the SimpliSafe app on my phone, he was able to identify the problem immediately. We had a good chat back and forth about the problem as he was working, *********** to understand what had created the problem.

      On-Tech was excellent about coming out a second time to fix my Ring camera system. It wasn't their fault that the Ring cameras quit working. Xfinity just decided on a whim to change my network address a SECOND time within 45 days! Never bothered to tell anyone!!!!! OnTech understood my situation and handled coming out again very promptly. OnTech saved me money and time due to XFinity's big-time mistake. I appreciate OnTech service!!

      We are very pleased with the installation of Simply Safe Security System and On-Tech. Our tech was knowledgeable, professional, giving clear instruction about the systems we chose. He was pleasant, respectful and surely is an asset to both Simply Safe and On-Tech.
