      Our OnTech technician was sub-contracted thru ****************** He was a long-time Dish employee who did an excellent job explaining the features of our SimpliSafe security system. He even noticed that we had an electric fireplace and advised us to get a surge protector for safety reasons. I give him an A+!

      OnTech and their subcontractor ******** (DISH SATELLITE) did an excellent job servicing me as a customer. ********************** from the beginning were concise with the arrival time of my technician ********, who was very courteous and knowledgeable of the home security system he was installing for me. ******** treated my home with respect and gave me good advice on the entire setup and thoroughly and patiently explained the operation of the system. Very satisfied customer!
