      My experience with OnTech was fantastic! My tech ****** was pretty wonderful! He was so on every issue and resolved the issues in seconds. Also, he was super understanding and patient with my lack of technical knowledge. Again he was excellent!

      The Technician was right on time. He texted me about his arrival and even alerted me to charge my cameras. Although he had to deal with a sudden thunderstorm, he remained professional throughout the installation process.

      The technician was helpful and professional but the service person who "helped" me schedule had no idea what to book me for. I told her repeatedly what I had purchased and where I wanted them installed. She seemed disinterested and kept saying she doesn't know because "she's not a technician" then when the tech did arrive, he noted that I was not booked for a doorbell installation despite my conversation with support to help me book. Luckily he was able to install it but I was charged more despite taking efforts to avoid that situation.
