      Overall, great service and very respectful. Answered all our "dumb" questions lol since we were new to installing cameras. Very friendly and came within the expected time on the OnTech website. As well, called in advance to let me know of their estimated arrival. It's expensive however you feel happy to know it was installed appropriately and the service was from a reliable source.

      Friendly but professional. My service person arrived within 10 minutes of the expected time, was neatly and professionally dressed, and took his time to explain how the installed item worked and even walked through letting me use it on my own before he left. It was expensive but worth every ***** to not only having it installed but also shown how to use the items app. I will use the again.

      OnTech has been a game changer for us. They have always been very easy to work with and available to come to our home when we needed them. Customer service is easily contacted, and their technicians are very knowledgeable and are able to resolve our issues. They were very respectable of our home and made sure before they left that we were fully satisfied with their job. We will definitely call OnTech the next time we have an issue.
