      We used OnTech recently to install a SimpliSafe alarm system in our home. OnTech was extremely responsive and organized in scheduling the appointment, with various alerts up to the time of arrival. The technician was excellent -- very polite, informative, efficient and helpful.

      We used OnTech as the "pro installation" for our SimpliSafe smart home security system. They were wonderful, I highly recommend them! all of the pre appointment care was great, we didn't really know what to expect so the emails getting us ready were nice. I spoke to their customer service on the phone and that was also top notch. The real praise goes to our installer. OnTech really hires terrific, skilled people. He called before he left to give us an ETA, he arrived on time and was ready to start right away. A very smart, polite and professional man. He explained as he prepares the system for installation what he was doing and how everything worked. He placed 3 cameras in the best possible positions, we left that to him as he is an expert at this. He answer all of our questions as we had them. All in all he treated us and our home with a great deal of respect. Five stars! Great job, On Tech! I will be using them again in the future. This interaction was through SimpliSafe, but I learned from the tech on site that they can do tech consultations, mount televisions, all sorts of things. This is an amazing company with high quality emplpoyees.

      Our OnTech Technician exceeded our expectations. He was respectful, knowledgeable, careful, and thorough. He included us in the installation process and made sure we were educated in the new security systems use. I've been a home owner for 38 years and have had many a technician come into my home. *******/OnTech did an excellent job. Thank you!!

      I had OnTech install a TV and motorized mount from Mount IT over my fireplace and they did an excellent job. They arrived on time and took time to do the installation correctly. They were very professional and cleaned up after they were done with the installation. Very pleased with the service I received.

      Scheduled a ring doorbell and a ring camera installation on Friday 06/14/24 The Technician (******) was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. His attention to detail and workmanship was excellent. He was very patient when explaining the capabilities and functions of each product and made sure we knew exactly how to use them before he left. Any future projects we have I will definitely be using OnTech Smart Services. Thanks again ******!
