      OnTech provides superb customer service. I have used them several times to install the equipment we purchased from SimplySafe. Their technicians are very professional and have excellent technical skills.

      They are pricey. The tech they sent out was excellent though. I think they should adjust their pricing a little. Otherwise it seems like they hire competent and professional people to get jobs done.

      Our OnTech technician, ******, was wonderful. He kept me updated on his arrival time and was extremely courteous and professional. My husband and I both had questions, which he was able to answer and assist us with using the app. Would strongly recommend.

      The technician was very knowledgeable about the Simplisafe System. He was friendly and set the system up in a reasonable time. He had a great personality. He explained how the system work too. I couldn't have asked for anyone better. This was my first time using On Tech Services. I would use them again for sure.
