      Ontech is a great partnership with SimpliSafe. I own two residences, both using SimpliSafe installed by ontech. Excellent service, communication, professionalism.

      We used On Tech for troubleshooting our improperly installed (by another company) Simplisafe security system. I felt as if we had won the lottery when ***** showed up. Unlike the other company, he explained what was needed, what he could do, and helped us with the use of the system. I could not be more impressed. His professionalism, knowledge and kindness were all phenomenal. We will use On Tech again!

      The Ontech experience was overall very positive. Scheduling was a litle tricky. Once accomplished, the technican sent text updates about his arrival time. He was very professional. He listened to my questions and concerns and provided information to facilitate decision making.Ontech has a 60 day service guarantee. I would recommend utilizing their technicians.
