      The process to schedule OnTech installation of my Ring doorbells (2) and outside camera was very quick and simple. A confirmation email was sent one day prior to my appointment date as promised. The day of my appointment, I received a phone call advising of the technician's name and expected arrival time. He arrived on time, was very courteous and his appearance was neat. Being a senior citizen (over 80) who is definitely not tech savvy, he understood my issues and patiently explained my available options and any related costs. He answered all of the questions I had about operation and maintenance of my equipment. He also made sure he removed any debris associated with his installation/repair of my equipment. I would definitely recommend OnTech.

      What a great experience! Scheduling OnTech installation of our Simplisafe security system was so easy. Never having to interact with a person during scheduling, we werent sure if someone would actually arrive. But we received a confirmation e-mail the evening before our scheduled install and we were notified early the next day with the name and photo of our technician and his arrival time. Once ***** arrived, he got right to work - so professional, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. He made sure we understood the system and provided so much helpful information! Highly recommend!

      The On Tech customer service people were very kind, and did not charge us when we had to cancel the service call on the same day. They rescheduled us for a day that was three weeks later, and everything worked out well. The technician was cheerful, courteous, and efficient. Everything was set up correctly on the Simplisafe alarm system that was installed. I would highly recommend On Tech.

      Our experience was great! Our technician was on time, friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable and competent. OnTech was just what we needed to complete our SimplliSafe installation.

      Ontech lacks the skills to provide the services. I recently ordered a diagnostic for a ring device, the on-tech technician came and asked me a few questions and said there is nothing he can do to fix the issue and just left. When i called ring customer support they said that the technician should have contacted them to resolve the issue and I ended up solving the issue myself. Not only on-tech smart services did not provide the service that i paid for, their agents gave me false information and they denied to refund my money. On-tech smart services is a scam and their technicians lack the basic skills.
