      We had an excellent technician. Installed a new doorbell, indoor and outdoor cameras, and motion sensors throughout the house. He was patient, thorough, and kept checking with me to make sure I understood all parts of the installation and using the app.

      I see the other 5 stars and my review is much the same. The only glitch was, it turned out that my wireless providers' modem does not play well with the Simplisafe system, so I ended up buying a mesh router, with additional installation fee. I'm still giving 5 starts, the technician was great, wish I had him on speed dial for all my tech questions (lol).

      On-tech did a wonderful job installing our security system. The technician was cordial, professional, on-time, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend On-tech.

      I had a pleasant experience with OnTech in the installation on my Ring Alarm. The technician hooked the alarm up to my present alarm system so no additional contacts had to be installed. He let me know what he was doing along the way and had me operate the system myself so until I felt comfortable. He put on booties to protect my flooring and cleaned up after himself. ****** was wonderful, I regretted not calling sooner!
