      The OnTech person is very knowledgeable and very polite. He help me alot by showing me my cellphone and learn how to do the app so that I can do it well I really appreciate it!

      Informed about arrival time accurately. Friendly and knowledgeable technician. Installed solar panels for SimpliSafe cameras and talked me through what to expect. Couldnt be better.

      OnTech technicians are very knowledgeable. Gio was the technician at my place. He did a fabulous job. He was on time, polite, extremely knowledgeable, thorough with his work, patient and very professional. He went above and beyond with everything including familiarizing me with the system after the installation was complete. I would 100% recommend OnTech to all my friends

      On tech has been to my home 3 times for a simple install on a ring doorbell appointment times change never when they say they would be here hour late sending up dates extended times up to hour late not happy was told tech will go over everything and make sure everything up and running didn't happen ring stop working 20 minutes after tech left waiting again appointment time was from 2- 4 it now 4 30 no tech.

      ***** was an excellent technician. He kept me informed of his arrival time and came prepared to work. He advised me on the best placement of security cameras and solar panels. He installed the doorbell also. The website is very nice and had a picture and name of the technician who would be installing my equipment. It also included his location. I Would use OnTech again and also recommend them to others.

      I had a horrible experience with OnTech. They charged me upfront for a "Smart Doorbell Diagnostic," but their technician was completely incompetent. He spent an hour trying to diagnose the issue and couldn't even identify a defective transformer, which an electrician easily fixed in 20 minutes the next day. They wasted my time and money. I wasnt even expecting them to fix the problem, just to diagnose it correctlybut they couldnt even do that. Avoid this company at all costs!
