      When you set an appointment with them, ensure you are available all day. I set an appointment for 10-2-24 between 2 pm and 4 pm. Great right, no. They emailed saying they changed the appointment time and the tech will be there between 130 and 245. When I called to tell them I wouldn't be there until 2 pm like the appointment stated the lady on the phone said that if I couldn't make the appointment they would reschedule for another day weeks out. WHAT?! I didn't reschedule YOU did. I get off at 130 and can be home by 145. This is why I picked the 2 pm to 4 pm slot to ensure I could be there when I said I would. This is terrible customer service and this was the only place to complain. We will now just do it our selves. Thank you for nothing.

      Tech was quick, thorough and informative. Never used a security system before. I had a lot of questions. He was very patient with all the questions.

      Our technician was extremely knowledgeable and helpful to us. Our installation time went later than planned but that was due to appointment prior to us having difficulties, nothing from their part.

      Ontech technicians arrived at scheduled time. The lead technician ***** was extremely professional, organized and efficient. He was a skilled worker who utilized both his time and mine efficiently. His appearance was impeccable as was his well equipped vehicle. He had all tools readily available during the ************************ ************** 200 Pro installation. Both technicians followed applicable National Electrical Code and **** Standards working in a federal building. ***** was especially considerate keeping workspaces clean and safe for our employees. I was very impressed with the OnTech Technicians skills and professionalism and would definitely recommend ***** for future federal installations.

      Everything about the service, from scheduling to keeping me informed of the technician's arrival, to on-time service was excellent. The technician was respectful, knowledgeable, and made sure I was able to operate my smart thermostat with the app before he left.

      While ****, our technician was very professional, personalble, and knowlegable, (I'd give him 5 stars) the scheduling of our appointment left me feeling very annoyed. We were scheduled for a 2-4 **** window for our installation. My spouse wanted to make sure he could be home for it. At noon they asked to come "now" because they had a cancellation. My spouse could not be here then so I asked to keep our original 2-4 **** times slot. Then at 12:30 someone from Dish called to see if we could move the appointment up to 1:00. Again, it was not possible so then I was told my new appontment would be 4:30-6:00. I said no, I wanted to keep our original appointment. I called my spouse to see if he could be here at 1:00 but he said no. So I called back on the ***** number that called me and the person told me it was NO PROBLEM, my tech could take a lunch break instead. I was left assuming my 2-4 **** appointment remained unchanged. Within 20 minutes I got an email telling me my appointment time was changed to 4:15-5:45. My tech called at 4:15 to tell me he was on his way, but due to traffic wouldn't arrive until 5:45. They should stick to the window of time I scheduled for, because changing it without my permission should not be allowed.
