      My experience with On Tech has been positive. I had an appointment to install an outside Ring camera and lights. My technician was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me so that could understand without making me feel inferior. He made sure my app was up and running and he was pleasant throughout. He was quick and thorough and I am very pleased with the outcome. I would definitely use On Tech again.

      The gentleman who came to my home was efficient, and educated me on how the system operated. He made sure everything was correctly installed and answered all my questions prior to leaving. He was polite, professional, informative and respectful . He did an excellent job.

      Technician understood the problem I was having with my thermostat. He quickly fixed it and also explained to me what the problem was and how he solved it.
