    I submitted my claim form before the deadline and received confirmation that my claim was being processed.However, I was later informed that my claim was denied because I allegedly "never filled out a form." This is incorrectI did submit the required documentation on time. To make matters worse, I received a settlement check, but when I attempted to deposit it, the check bounced. This has caused me significant inconvenience and financial distress.I demand the following:Proof of my claim submission (or a clear explanation of why my submission was rejected).A valid, fully funded settlement check for the amount owed.An immediate resolutioneither reissuing my payment or providing a written explanation of any errors on my part with a chance to correct them.If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate it to the overseeing court, the **********************, or pursue further legal action.

    Thank you for reaching out to us! Unfortunately, if we did not receive your claim we would not have proof of your claim. Would you be able to submit proof of your claim being sent to us? If so, we can see about having your claim re-paid. Unfortunately, some checks were sent out to class members for their pre-determined amounts when those class members did not submit a claim form. Those checks were never pre-approved through our bank so they did not go through.

    We'd much rather get you paid than not, so if you have proof of the claim form being submitted to us prior to the deadline, I would be happy to help get that processed. My direct email is ***************************************************************.

    Hello Devon,

    Great question! We can use either a receipt from a mail delivery service showing that a package was shipped to us, a copy of the email you sent or a fax confirmation if you sent it via fax. Anything that we can show to the attorneys to let them know that you had submitted it before the cutoff date and there was a valid reason we did not receive it. The proof can be emailed to me at ***************************************************************.

    I was apart of a legal settlement, ****** vs. Staffers, and was awarded $1748.18. i contacted this company via phone number on their website, and the message states " you have reached a number that is not currently set up to recieve calls, try again later. then the phone is disconnected. i emailed the company on 2/12/25. they asked me for my new address so the check can be mailed to my address. i was notified that the check will take up to three weeks to arrive. on 3/7/25, after three weeks and no check, i emailed the company again to inquire about my check. they took my address again and stated it will take up to three weeks to arrive. i still have no check and it is 4/7/25. i contacted them again via email today (4/7/25) and they stated that they re-issued the check on 2/13/25. i am tired of getting the run around and would just like to get my check . i still have not recieved anything.

    Hello ********,

    Thank you for contacting us! I looked into this and we weren't giving you the run around, we were just telling you the truth. We mailed the check out to you on 2/13/2025, our system time stamps every time we print out a check and then again when we apply postage, and everything was done that day. I'm not sure why the **** did not deliver it to you, I also confirmed we had the unit number on the address. 

    So we will reissue your check again, this time with a tracking number so we can follow along with its progress. The **** tracking number is: 9405530109355131155638 and they're estimating Friday delivery.

    Im part of a lawsuit and Im trying to find information on the timeline of when they are being mailed out. Ive been trying to call **** and emailed their customer support emails and their even filled out their card on page and nothing, everytime I call, im hold for almost 8 minutes only for an automated message to tell me to leave my info and they will call back. Ive called like 6 times today just to get information on the timeline of my check. Ive been patient until know but im relying on the payment of 1347 from the settlement to help me with financial problems im having and i constantly get put on hold

    Thank you for reaching out to us! We do see that you called in today, and we do return all of our calls to everyone that calls in, but it's within 24 hours. It's only been a few hours since your first call and there are several other people who called before you that will get called first, but since we're handling this through this complaint, I'll remove you from the queue. You emailed us today as well, so I'll also remove you from that return queue. We have thousands of people that call in every week and only a modest sized crew, but we do get back to everyone as quickly as we can. 

    Your email this morning said you understood that checks were to be distributed on the 26th, and they were. We mailed out all checks on 3/26/25 from *******************. Please allow 2-3 weeks for **** to process and deliver the check. I confirmed it was sent to the correct address, so the check will be there soon. Your check is for $1,588.14.

    This company provided a cash distribution to me in 2024 for a class action lawsuit ******, et ****** **********************, Case No 1:22-cv-017772. At the bottom of the check is states that the 2024 tax forms will be mailed separately, by no later than January 31, 2025. No W-2 has been sent to me. I have tried to contact the company several times using the "contact us" link on their website, with no response. Once, I was able to reach them by phone after waiting several minutes. The person stated that the W-2 forms had been re-issued 3 days ago because of an earlier error. This was over two weeks ago and still no W-2 has been received by me.

    I never received my check for **** *. **************************. I have tried to get a check reissued online and by email and have got no response. I was entitled to a large sum and am very frustrated that I cannot get ahold of anyone to find my check/money. I have also tried calling. It has been months since I first filed for a check re-issue online and I emailed in January.. still nothing.

    I received a settlement check for a class action lawsuit. I attempted to cash the check and it was returned to my bank for whatever reason. I since been trying to get in contact with **** to get this resolved, but every email and phone call go unanswered.

    Good morning *******,

    We're glad to hear you received the check from us last week, but we're not sure why the bank was not able to get through. Can you make sure that they're calling out toll free number at ************? We have receptionists answering the phones all day, but there are times where our team of receptionists are all on calls and we can't answer every call that comes in. After 7 minutes, the call gets transferred to a voicemail and then we have an automatic process to make sure that all voicemails are returned the same day. So, if the bank is not able to reach us because our team is all on the phone, they can leave a message and someone will call them back shortly (from our phone number so they can verify they talked to our business) and we can get the check verified. We definitely don't want you to have to wait any longer than necessary to receive your funds!

    If the bank calls and leaves a message, you can also email me and let me know and I will call and verify it with them myself right away. My email is ***************************************************************.

    I am a part of a class action lawsuit being managed by the ilym group. I have tried on multiple occasions to get in contact with them in order to get a status update. Several voice-mails have gone unanswered, and I am left wondering why there is such a large delay between when the final approval hearing was and when I should expect to receive payment. I understand that these things take time but the radio silence and many similar complaints has me very concerned that they will only respond if forced to.

    Thank you for reaching out to us! I checked our call logs and can't see any time where you tried to call in since January 15th, but not in the last 5 weeks. Our main line phone number here is ************, we are here Monday - Friday 9am-5pm.

    The case against VSP has been delayed due to the court not yet issuing their final approval. The attorneys only told us "We are still waiting on the court to issue its order on approval." Hopefully we will get an update from them soon!     We're sorry to hear you haven't received your check! I tried checking into the times when you called to see why we weren't able to answer, but our phone system didn't show any records of the number provided calling in in the last 90 days. Our main line is ************ and we are open Monday - Friday from 9am - 5:00pm. If you called during those hours, I'm not sure why you would have gotten that message! We haven't had any other mentions of any issues like that, but just in case I will have our phone system support team look into any potential issues recently.

    We received and processed your change of address through our website to ********************************************, back on 12/11/2024, and reissued your check then. The address you provided in this complaint is different, so I will update the address again and send the check out today. It should arrive in 2-3 business ******* will be check #***** for $404.19.

    Payment deadline for first payment was 1/28/25. They told me they are keeping my money until August and wont even let me know anything in regards to my money. I sent numerous emails. My second payment due date is July ******* so how is this even posssible

    We spoke with you yesterday on the phone to let you know the situation. We are not holding on to your money, we are merely following by the direction we are given from counsel. The company being sued requested to make the payment in 2 installments, the first being 1/28/2025 and the 2nd being due on 7/28/2025, and then disbursement of all funds to all class members (including your class representative enhancement check and regular class payment) are scheduled for 8/11/2025.The checks will be sent to you via ***** Overnight on 8/11/2025, the date that was directed to us by counsel.  We are not keeping your money, we just aren't at the point to where we can disburse funds yet because we have not received all of the funds.
