    I received a letter in the mail stating that I was apart of the ******* President vs. ********* case. Requesting a signature for my share, $817.05 and I signed and returned the document. I received an email stating that my submission had been accepted. Now, 4 months have passed, which is around the time that the payments should arrive.Calls are not being answered.Emails are not being answered.I am just trying to ask about the document I signed. Am I still receiving a payment?They have just gone, **** I know that they sent me, that letter as a form of help, But offering someone money as help that person is now adding into their budget Then, the money gets taken away. Thats messed up.

    Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately, the checks have not gone out to any class members on this case, and are scheduled to go out to all class members on 9/26/25. We have no control over that date, we are advised by the courts as to when the checks go out, but we do have your information and are ready to send you a check to the address you provided.

    I've called several times regarding a check reissue after receiving a postcard my check had not been cashed for a class action suit (******* vs VSP). I called on 9/4 to have the check reissued. This morning, they stated the check reissue was submitted on 9/4, but could not confirm if the check has been mailed. I did not receive the check initially, and explained I would need a check reissue sooner that 2-3 weeks due to urgent issues. Also, I sent an email on 9/9 and have not received a response. I asked if there was a way to expedite the request or an alternative option to receive the payment more quickly. I would just like a sooner solution than 2-3 weeks, since its already been two months.

    I was issued a settlement $160.67 check from the ILYM Group, **** class action case. The check expired in April 2024 after the 120-day cashing period. Since then, I have made repeated attempts to contact ILYM Group, **** by phone and email to request that my check be reissued to my current address. However, I have not received any response from the company since August 2025. This has left me without the settlement funds I am entitled to receive.I am requesting that ILYM Group, **** promptly reissue my expired settlement check and mail it to my current address. I would also like written confirmation of when the check will be sent, along with a direct point of contact for any further issues.

    Thank you for letting us know that you had not received your check yet! We did receive your emailed request for a check re-issue and processed that re-issue on 8/25/25. Our reissued checks get sent out in batches every other week, and your check was mailed out last Thursday. The check should arrive in 5-7 business days, so if it has not arrived by next monday, please contact me directly at ******************************** and I will send it again with a tracking number.

    I received a notification nearly a year ago that I was accepted as a member of a class action lawsuit. For legal purposes, I will not mention which lawsuit, but I followed up by submitting my correct address and contact details several times through the available website portals. I also called and left voicemails. Nearly 4 months ago, I finally got ahold of an office employee at this firm, and she confirmed that they had all of my information on file. She also gave me a date different than was listed on the notice for the settling of the funds, and instructed that I wait as it should take three months or less for to receive my funds. To avoid drama, Ive waited patiently for nearly 4 months now. I have received no word, no written correspondence, and no check payment from the class action lawsuit settlement. I would like to hear back from the business and receive my check. Payment as soon as possible.

    Thank you for writing in to us! Unfortunately, it is not up to us when we send out the funds for the class action cases, the courts decide the date that the payments go out and then we also have to wait for the company that was sued to send in the money to us for the lawsuit. Both of those can cause delays in the initial dates that we are told by the courts, but again its out of our hands. 

    Luckily, this case is ready to disburse on Wednesday, 9/10/25, and your check will be sent out then. I verified that the address we have matches what you provided in this complaint, so you should expect to receive the check in 5-7 business days after 9/10/25.

    THEY SAY THEY CANT PROVIDE A TRACKING NUMBER OR DONT SEND IT CERTIFIED MAIL. THEN THEY SAID THE CHECK WOULD TAKE ***** DAYS TO BE MAILED THEN I CALL THEM LIKE ON THE 3RD AND FIND OUT IT WAS MAILED ON THE 29TH AND I SAID WELL JUST CANCEL IT AND REISSUE A NEW ONE AND THEY SAY THEY CANT NOR THEY CANT DIRECT DEPOSIT OR CANCEL IT AND ILL GO PICK IT UP SINCE ITS ONLY LIKE 9 MILES FROM MY L OCATION, THEY CANT . THEN THEY SAY TO CALL THE POST OFFICE BUT THERE IS NO TRACKING NUMBER OR ANYTHING TO FIND IT . THEY DONT KNOW WHERE IT IS AND I WONT BE ABLE TO FIND IT CAUSE THERES NOTHING TO TRACK IT WITH

    Hello ****,

    The representatives you spoke with are correct, we do not send tracking numbers for all letters. The courts require that the letters are sent via First Class mail, unless otherwise stipulated in the court agreement. It is not up to us as the administrator to make that decision. All checks were mailed to all class members on 8/29/25, that was just last Friday, and Monday was a holiday so it's only been 4 business days so far. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the check to arrive. We send the checks out in massive batches with thousands of other checks, so sometimes **** can take some time to process them and deliver. Your check is for $337.48 and was sent to *********************************************************************************

    I recieved a mail about a court case from ILYM group on 8/25 stating that I had unclaimed money from the ****** vs Jollibee case, and I sent a request for reissuing a check to the new address provided, which is:******************************************* I also sent a message the same day or the day after asking how much I would be getting, and got no response from them at all. If possible, I would like to get the money direct deposited into my account and to get a response about this issue.

    We received and processed your re-issue request on 8/25/2025. Our system does not give access to dollar amounts to our customer service representatives for security purposes, so they weren't able to see an amount. The check was mailed on 8/26/25 and should be arriving any day. The check is for $372.45.

    Unfortunately, we were inundated with messages from people who received the State Controller letters, as they sent out letters for about ****************************** batches, so our response time to the emails is delayed. But rest assured the request was received and the check should be arriving soon.     I was informed in April 2025 of a settlement payment from **** through *****The checks were mailed to my former U.S. address.     I received a check from **** group for a class action lawsuit in the beginning of 2025 the check was messed up and bank would not cash it have been trying to get a reissue going on 6 months talked to several people and still nothing

    I have attempted to reach out to this company multiple times via their link to send a message as well as update my address with no confirmation andno call back. Ive also waited on hold to speak with somebody and dont really get through. I am waiting to hear when our VSP settlements Will be sent out as it appears that it has been settled in coordinate. They are the ones sending out the checks I just want information.

    We're sorry to hear that you did not receive your check from the *** settlement yet! I checked our call logs for the last 60 days and we don't have any record of you calling in, we could have helped to reissue your check that way as well. We make every attempt we can to ensure we have up to date addresses before we send out checks, including verifying if there are any change of address notifications with the post office. We must have had an old address for you still when we mailed the checks out in April. Your check was sent to ************************************************** on 4/7/2025. On June 11, we processed a change of address that you had sent in through our website, and the address was updated to **********************************************************************************. That address matches what you provided in this complaint. 

    When requesting a change of address, our system does not also request a check reissue. There is a link on our website to request a check reissue, and on that form you can list your new address for us to send the check to, but that was not the request that was received so a new check has not been sent out to the updated address. I'll make sure the check is put in the mail to you today, it should arrive in 3-5 business days!

I filled outbasiccliam info, jistname,address and email because id heard a rumor about this lawsuit at my ************************************** in midlothian va job. They also asked for me to send copies of myw2s. I wasn't that stupid, didn't do that, and now realize no claim id, no hearing/settlement date, only name,address, email, submit by aug4 2025, and was mailed to me. I believe this is a scam,and people who actually send w2 as email or fax or mail will be ripped off. THEY said i was owed *******

    Thank you for reaching out to us, although we do have a phone line that you could have called and asked us questions before assuming we were trying to scam anyone. Our phone number is ************ and we are open Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm, Pacific Standard Time. The claim form does not ask for you to send your W2, we don't need to know what your wages were. The amount of your settlement was predetermined by the attorneys on this case, and we are just trying to get you paid out your share of the lawsuit. In order to do that, we need the form W4 &  filled out, which verifies your identity by having you confirm your name, address and social security number. We are required to get this form filled out before we can process your claim, as we have to report the information to the *** for tax purposes. You can also contact the attorneys on the case to verify the legitimacy of all of this. We are not trying to scam anyone, we are just trying to get you paid your share of the settlement of this lawsuit. There is still about 2 weeks left to get that information in so we can ensure you are included when the checks mail out.
