5 starsREMOVEDworked hard to get me a Carrier on short notice, he kept in contact with me through the whole process to delivery of my vehicle. With much higher gas prices now, no Carrier was hitting on my initial quote of $200, Which I pretty much knew that was not going to happen for that. I ask they give more realistic quotes so when you have to pay more to get a driver to accept your vehicle, people will not be shocked or upset . But other than costing more than initial quote, I still was happy with REMOVEDI would use them again.Review fromAY A

2 starsI was originally quoted $250 for a shipment and had a signed contract for that amount. We were out of town and leaving the next day to come home so the pickup timing was crucial. 2 hours before the scheduled pickup, I received a call stating the new price would be $725! With no options left I had to pay the additional fees. The shipper and driver were great but REMOVED, the broker, was a complete scammer! I got the shippers number and would contact him directly should it ever be necessary but I would NEVER use United again!

1 starDo not use. They are just brokers who get you with the cheapest price. Demand to be paid by REMOVEDor cash on delivery. And the worst part is they never showed up. It took me having to harass them to find out why the vehicle was not getting picked up. I received little to no information. Finally they said the carrier had truck issues. Why am I just now finding this out after wasting the day waiting. Even if this is true they could not make the delivery because it is probably all a lie. I fronted $100 to sign the contract. I will never see that money. Now I have to cancel my card because they have my info. How are they still in business. Does anyone look into these complaints. Or if they do good by a few then it must be a fluke? Come to find out the price they gave is not even in the ball park of the going rate. So this is how they get you. $100 from every quote from every person thinking they are getting a steal of a deal.United Freeway Transportation LLC
