    I just completed the onboarding process and was very impressed with the customer support team. I appreciate that this program is focused on women struggling with changing body composition in 40s, 50s, and beyond. They guarantee a full refund at the end of the 12 month program if the promised outcome isnt achieved.

    I am 1 1/2 months in and i already feel better. The meal plan is intuitive and im eating real foods! Who knew all those years of eating very low carb was not helping me. I am still incorporating the strength training into my daily routine but i cant wait to see how this improves me, as well. I thought about this gif 6 mos before jumping inIm so glad i did!

    The WarriorBabe program has been a very positive experience for me. I love that it combines nutrition guidance, effective workouts, and personalized coaching, which makes it feel well-rounded and sustainable.     I am in week 5 and so loving this program. I love that the workouts are figured out for me and that my macros are too. There's less stress as I don't have to worry about if I'm getting the right blend of exercises or the right balance of macros. I'm given direction by my coach and i just follow the plan. It's simple! The coaching support is great and I already feel stronger.

    Ive been in the Warrior Babe program for just over three months, and the results have been both tangible and meaningful.
