I have been using this product since 2016 and 2021 is the first time I started having issues with it. A few of the client email addresses are not being recognized so I cannot get their information, send them an invite, or anything else thru the program. And it repeatedly wants to upgrade around the clock as if I did not do it the first time. Other than that I would have gave a better review and five stars.

I would like to give Bailey W***** 5 stars on her customer service , I wish 10 stars was an option! I had called 3 times over a months time with no resolution …then on my 4th try I got Bailey and she solved my problem . My training today was very good. April (my Trainer) was very knowledgeable and patient with my interruptions. Thank you April.
I know I will not remember everything you went over but will contact someone when I need clarification on something.

April's instinct to understand our needs was right on from the beginning of the 1 on 1 training. This is my first year using this company. My salesperson was great and the gentleman (Alex) who helped with my training was patient, kind and incredibly informative. The experience has been wonderful and I am very grateful to all of the people at My Tax Prep Office that I have spoken with, top notch company!
