I have been with mytaxprepoffice since 2015. they keep improving the program i have only a few problems that were taken care of.I would recommend it to anyone who files taxes professionally.

I have been using the tax prep software for 2 years now. I have found it easy to use. I have had several issues, especially with my State but when I submit a ticket it has been corrected withhout delay. I just renewed for year 3.MyTAXPrepOffice

I have been using MyTaxPrepOffice tax software for the past nearly ten years.
It's an amazingly easy to understand, use and very seamless. The price is extremely competent and reasonable for such an amazing tax software that compares to all the big software's on the market currently. I would recommend this software to any one. Great software at a great price.MyTAXPrepOffice

this is a good program. You can prepare the taxes of your clients with confidence . Sometimes the program has some glitches but when you reported those problems can be fixed. The price it is good too.MyTAXPrepOffice

I have been with them for about 5 years. I switched to them because there prices for software were quite a bit lower that the ones I had used in the past. I still have a few items that need to be corrected in the actual software, however, for the cost, they are a have a good performance. I will probably continue to use MyTaxPrepOffice going forward due to the cost and reliability. When I do have a problem, there customer service is quick to get it resolved or answer my question. Thanks to them, I am a little more profitable in my tax business.MyTAXPrepOffice

Overall, an excellent tax preparation software. I converted to MyTaxPrepOffice in 2023 for the 2022 tax year. Conversions are always bumpy, but this was as smooth as it possibly could be. The support service was and continues to be amazing. The software is extremely intuitive to use. There are always a few places where things could be easier but I am a very satisfied customer. My only negative is that information in many state income tax returns does not roll forward to the next year. For example, after telling the software I had to file a TN Franchise and Excise Tax Return in 2022, it doesn't automatically create one for 2023. This makes it in essence like starting all over each year.MyTAXPrepOffice

I have been using MyTaxPrepOffice since 2018. I have been very happy with the ease of using the program. Like other comments that I have read the service is really good and the price is as well. I remember that it was awkward getting used to using a new program, but change always has its difficulties. I am happy to support and recommend MyTaxPrepOffice.MyTAXPrepOffice

"Mytaxprepoffice.com" software is not as deluxe as the software that ******* ******* offers, but given that it is half the price of ******* *******, it is an excellent value! I wish they had technical support on weekends and evenings, but I have been able to manage my time so that I can get tech support when I need it. And the support representatives are always friendly, professional, and they follow up when necessary.
The software is user friendly and the security is good, so "Mytaxprepoffice.com" meets my needs.MyTAXPrepOffice
