    I purchased socks from the company in October and they have continued to charge my bank account $34.77 per month even though I called them to cancel out of the monthly subscription. I was told that they would cancel the subscription but I was charged again on December 18th. I do not want to buy anything else from this company. They are ripping off innocent customers.

    This company Nano Socks is nothing but a scam and a hustle. You buy socks and then get charged monthly for some bogus subscription you NEVER signed up for. I bought socks in Aug 23 and they proceeded to charge me ***** for Oct23 and ***** for Dec 23. There is no subscription, it is all a scam. Numerous complaints are filed here regarding this crooked company. You call the company to resolve the issue and you get some rude punk answering the phone. You get no resolution. This company and their crooked practices need to be stopped

    I purchased Nanosocks once, in December 2022. Since then, I have been charged monthly, first $29.77 for 3 charges, then increased to $34.77 for the next 5 charges. I've tried calling several times to find out how this happened, and I keep getting the "leave a message and we'll call you back". I finally cancelled the account today, but would like my money refunded since I've received nothing for these charges. This is an outright scam! When I look at the details, it even shows that the subscription as "item no longer available".

    As others have written I ordered the wrong size. I had my Mother mail the socks back requesting an exchange (I have neuropathy in my feet so I can drive...hence why I ordered the socks!) but did not receive a response and my Mother didn't keep the tracking information. I contacted **************** and they are telling me to contact **** to get the tracking information. I've given them ALL other information but they won't exchange or refund my $80+! They have ONE location! How can they not check to see if my return was received!? Such bad customer service! I can't say anything bad about the product because I haven't been able to try it! Seems like this company has cheated a lot of people out of money!

    So I 1st ordered a pair of their socks to try back in August of 2022. I paid them $34.99 at the time. I have noticed a pattern of them charging my credit card even though I have never ordered any more socks. They charged me $29.77 on 10/09/2022, 12/09/2022, and again on 02/11/23!!! I have never reordered!! I want all this money refunded to my credit card immediately! This is ridiculous seems they are doing it approximately every 2 months in hopes i won't notice. Buyer Beware.

    On February 8, 2023 I ordered 6 pairs of size M nanosocks for $89.43. I received them on February 12th. They were too big. I emailed Nanosocks and they informed me of my options. On February 14 I informed them I would be returning, well within the 30 day refund policy. I was given request #*****. I returned all the socks and received a **** tracking # **** **** **** **** **** 34. Delivered to Nanosocks Feb 18. I have emailed 12 times requesting my refund of $76.35 (total- shipping). I still have not received a refund after returning them. They seem to be ignoring my request. Thank you for your attention on resolving this issue.

    Date of transaction: January 11, 2023 Amount charged: $38.95 on Jan 11, 2023 $29.77 on Mar 14, 2023 $29.77 on Mar 17, 2023 I am disputing this because when I placed the original purchase (Jan 11, 2023 for $38.95) I was unhappy because the $12.99 shipping charge AND an additional service fee of $3.95 (for one pair of socks) wasn't disclosed until the purchase was complete. I immediately contacted the company asking them to cancel my order and why. I neglected to get back with me so I contacted them again and again with no response. Then, after the product had shipped, and only after I threatened to contact BBB did they respond by giving me the run around, saying they couldn't locate my order, after I gave them all of my information several times.I'm reaching out to you now because, 3 months later, they have charged my credit card twice. I am disputing these charges through my credit union and with **** but this company needs to be on notice and it needs to be on the record that their business dealings are not acceptable. Ultimately, I would like all of my money back from this shady company, or at the very least the $12.99 shipping charge and $3.95 service fee for the original order (which was not disclosed before purchase was made) and the two unauthorized charges (Mar 14, 2023 $29.77 and Mar 17, 2023 $29.77) they charged to my bank account.

    At some point earlier this year I ordered 1 pair of their socks, I did not like them, the fit is awful.     On July 24, 2022,I ordered three pairs of socks, two in medium and one small. The order was shipped in a timely manner. Upon receipt, I realized the small pair would not work. Their warranty listed on their web page offers a refund or exchange if requested within 30 days of purchase.

    On July 28, 2022, I emailed the company requesting they exchange the small pair for another pair of medium socks. The company replied providing me with an address to use for returning the socks. On July 30, 2022, I returned the pair of small socks to the company with a written explanation of why they were being returned and a request they send me a pair of medium socks in exchange.

    They have failed to send the replacement socks.

    I paid for three pairs of socks but only have two pairs or two-thirds of what I ordered . .I request a refund of $18.70 which is one-third of the purchase price.
