5 starsWe have used Southport to service our furnace and when we needed to replace our A/C it was Southport we picked to do the work. We have been extremely pleased with the professional work and knowledgeable people from Southport and I expect we will continue to use Southport for years to come. 5 starsDalton, the technician that came to troubleshoot my 22 year old water heater and ultimately replace it with a new one did an excellent job. 5 starsFor reference: I got a new water heater and some duct work done.Service: Absolutely impeccable. I was not sure what I would get as this was my first time working with Southport but all the technicians were polite and friendly. They went above and beyond and left the area better than when they arrived. They even worked around my two cats and made sure none of them made the great escape.The products: Southport stands by their products and recommended the best water heater for my situation and installed the ductwork to last and fit my house. I was speechless when I went down stairs and saw the work they did. I couldnt believe it. Everything was brought up to code and done with care. If anyone were to ever ask me who they should go to for HVAC or Plumbing work I would confidently tell them southport!Southport Home Services

5 starsCalled and got service call the next morning. Technician Anthony was polite, professional and competent. He diagnosed the problem and got my humidifier running again. We are having additional work done next week to add an air purifier and will make Southport our first choice for HVAC work in the future.Southport Home Services

5 starsI had a good experience. My tech spent a lot of time explaining everything until I was satisfied and didn't overcharge. I appreciate honesty as I am rather handy, so I would have known if something was off. I tried to repair the furnace myself before he came, because I know how to fix most issues. However, I was not able to fix it. The tech showed me some new techniques for the future and solved a problem in a way I would have never guessed. Very cool and helpful. Thank you, Southport. 5 starsWe have been using Southport for our HVAC needs since 2012, at that time they installed a brand new carrier system and have been coming out twice a year for tuneups ever since. They also installed some additional gas line pipes in our basement. Nothing but professional and friendly service every time! I highly recommend them.Southport Home Services

5 starsHave used Southport for many years and have always found their service and people very professional. Over summer my A/C compressor failed and within three days they had a new one installed. Recently, my 20 year old Carrier furnace showed signs of failure and once again they were there within days to install a new one. Follow up on both installations superb. They stand behind their word.
