Love Southport and their qualified, courteous technicians. we've been customers for many years years. and we've recommended them to several friends and neighbors.
We've been clients of Southport for many years. We purchased and have our furnace and a/c unit cleaned and checked every year. Why, the man reason is their technical team. they are experts in their field, knowledgeable, trust worthy, and courteous Our recent visit from Southport was with Alex. He was fabulous. We found out that our furnace filters Merv rating was too high for our needs. WELL DONE ALEX!!

Andrew *, from Southport Home Services, repaired a leak in a pipe behind the wall between my garage and family room. (I recently had cabinets and countertop installed, and as it turns out, the installers put a screw in the wall that pierced and went through a water pipe leading to my outside faucet.) Andrew gave me an estimate, and once I approved the estimate, removed the damaged pipe and faucet, and installed a new water pipe and outdoor faucet.
Andrew was prompt and was very professional, explained everything he had to do, and kept me updated while making progress on the repair. When he had to put holes in the drywall to find the water pipe, he was so careful doing it, and when he was finished he put the drywall back and screwed it in so perfectly. What a professional and neat job! It looks fantastic and the price came in as quoted! Andrew worked so hard in 90 degree weather to get my job done, and I appreciate him and Southport very much! THANK YOU ANDREW FOR A JOB SO VERY WELL DONE! I will definitely call Southport again and request Andrew!!Southport Home Services

Dalton was very prompt, courteous and helpful! We had a broken pipe, with water running under our house. Dalton crawled in the crawl space under the house and found the problem immediately. He gave us an accurate estimate, explained what he would do, completed the work, and showed us the piece of pipe with the hole in it. We would give Dalton the highest rating. He did an outstanding job!!! Five stars!!Southport Home Services

He was timely and courteous. I was told when I set up the appointment there was no trip charge and the estimate would e at no charge. He gave me what I considered to be a reasonable quote. He was true to his estimate. It wasn't a major job and he completed the task in a professional manner. Southport is in my contact list for any plumbing problems in the future. Tim was able to come on the same day I called and solved my clog issue. He was friendly, kept me informed and charged me exactly what he said he would. I would highly recommend, and Tim is a great asset for Southport.Southport Home Services

I called and got a quote over the phone for cleaning and flushing a tankless water heater. When Technician showed up he gave me a price 4 times higher than the original quote. At that point I felt trapped, I either went along with the job or paid them for coming out to my house. Almost felt Like a BAIT N SWITCH type of scam. I ended up having the job done because I needed it BUT, I DID NOT appreciate that type of bait n switch. Needless to say I will be looking elsewhere for my plumbing needs next time.Southport Home Services
