It’s the first hot day of the season and of course my A/C doesn’t work. I knew I had to have people come look at it so I just picked a name that I had heard of. I don’t want to name names but regardless, they were my first choice. I was quoted a crazy amount of money to fix it. Luckily I’ve learned to get more than one opinion on these things (thanks mom)! Alex ******* from Southport arranged to have Buck come out and take a look. The amazing Buck made a completely different diagnosis which cost me a third of what I was first quoted! Buck showed me what was wrong and explained it in a way I could understand which I appreciated. THANKYOU Southport, Alex ******* and the amazing Buck for being knowledgeable, honest and efficient! I’m a Southport customer for life!

Extremely professional. I loved the education involved by the Plumber (Matt) that helped us with our concerns. I felt very comfortable asking many questions and even taking pictures. I was offered several options and followed Matt through his processes. After the experience I felt confident that our home was in good hands and had our problem fully corrected. Andrew took the time and effort to explain what he was going to do and had it itemized In the hard copy quote. He helped me understand what was needed and the work was done with in a timely manner.
