Gordon is horrible. I bought my vehicle in to have a look at. He told me it’s gonna be 39.99 instead charged 49.95 for the diagnostic to see what was wrong with it, but I had already told them what was wrong with it. My guard shield hanging, and I asked him how much it would be to replace it or to tack it back up. He said I really didn’t need it and that it will be $81.46 however I told him that I had extended warranty and he said they will call the extended warranty. This man never told me that they charge 79.95 to call an extended warranty company. I actually end up paying more for the extended warranty call Then paying for the actual repair which is crazy $79.95 for a phone call because he said it was an hour of his time and they wouldn’t get nothing out of the deal. Smh don’t go there.. They charge me for 2 bolts for 10.00 a piece but said the parts was 34.99 what part did they give me smh they took the piece off. I was not aware that it cost 79.99 to call the insurance company. I’ve never heard of that. So They charged me 173.14 when I look at the break down they also charged me for labor which I understand which 129.90 the parts were only 34.99

4/02/25 To whom it concerns,******* ****** dropped her vehicle off before we opened on 03/31/25. She did state on the drop slip she had an aftermarket warranty. We called her around 9:00am and told her the price for both the inspection(49.95+tax) & that there was an additional charge of 79.95+tax if she wanted us to call her aftermarket warranty. We also forewarned Ms. ****** that an aftermarket warranty company would not likely cover a repair like this and that if they did she would still have a deductible that would still make repair more costly. The charge for us calling the aftermarket warranty company is for the service writers time calling the dealership to get part numbers, pricing, and the time it takes dealing with the warranty company. Which can be upwards of an hour in most cases. We also gave Ms. ****** the total of $80.81 if she wanted us to remove the splash shield and replace the 2 broken push pins. Ms. ****** wanted us to still go through with calling the aftermarket warranty. There was no issue or argument with Ms. ****** until after she already came to pick up the vehicle, payed, then left and after that her mother came back to question us about the charge to call the aftermarket warranty company. We told her the same thing we told Ms. ****** and that Ms. ****** authorized it. Ms. ******* mother then left and nothing more was said from either party involved.

If they would have told me that to make a call to the extended warranty company was ***** I would have never allowed them to call. Why would I want them to take more money from me for a phone call. Then to make a small fix! That sounds ridiculous and is a rip off. I could have call myself. The most important piece to this is that when going In to pick up my vehicle *** told me the charged was because had they not charged me he wouldnt get anything out of the deal! Those were his exact words to me when I questioned him on the ***** price for a phone call. I will definitely not be going back to a place that rips people off for a phone call.

I drove my truck to Gordon's to have a water pump replaced on my vehicle. They informed me that it would cost anywhere from $900-$1000. I gave them permission to begin repairing and replacing the part for my vehicle. Interim, I returned to work and few hours later they contacted me and informed me that they were unable to remove the tire and that would cost $90 and the timing chamber would be and additional $200 to replace. The final total for labor and repairs came then to $1300. I gave them permission to begin repairs. That same day I received another call from the repair technician stating they found another problem.... that there was a crack in my engine! Estimating a price quote on a used engine for $6,000. I then responded and told them that I did not want to have them repair the crack in the engine. They told me that they were not able to repair the vehicle at all unless they were able to replace the engine. I declined the service and asked for the repair technicians to put the parts back on my vehicle as it was when it arrived and they told me it would cost $1,300. Instead, they put all of my parts that were taken off into box on the front seat of my truck and then threatened to have it towed if I did not pay for the service or pick it up. So the following day I went to Gordon's and paid them a total of $337.05 to pick up my vehicle, which was no longer operable since they didn't want to put my parts back on. So I had to inconvenience a co-worker to pull my truck to our work location until I was able to get a second opinion.

The customer came in stating his water pump was leaking, we did not diagnose any issue or inspect the vehicle prior to him coming in. When given the option to have ** diagnose it he declined. We communicated with the customer every step of the way with each issue. First the tire with bad wheel studs had to be addressed to get the wheel off, which needs to be off in order to get access to the water pump. Then after we got to the water pump we noticed the real problem, the engine was cracked. This was not visible until we got to the water pump. At that point we contacted the customer and gave him his options. We could replace the engine to fix his problem, we gave him pricing on used & rebuilt options. We could put everything back together and charge him for the time it would take. Or lastly stop where we were and only charge him only for the time we had into it. He opted to have us stop where we were. We did inform the customer he would need to get the vehicle towed out as it would not be drive able. He paid for the repair the next day at which point we told him it would need to be picked up by the end of that day as we only have so much room on our lot and needed the room.
