    I entered into a consignment agreement with DVSN1 LLC to sell multiple pairs of sneakers and related items. The agreement was that DVSN1 would sell the items and pay me the agreed amount promptly after each sale. I delivered my inventory in good faith, and the business has confirmed that the items were REMOVEDof today, DVSN1 LLC owes me $19,645.00 from these sales. Despite repeated requests, partial payments totaling only $500 have been made, leaving a substantial balance outstanding. The business has made repeated promises to pay or sign a formal payment plan but has failed to follow through.I filed a complaint with the REMOVED(REMOVED). REMOVEDhas confirmed in writing that my complaint is officially recorded in their database for three years and that a copy has been forwarded to DVSN1 LLC. Despite this, the business has still not resolved the matter.I have extensive documentation, including invoices, messages, receipts, and the REMOVEDletter confirming the complaint. This is not a dispute over product qualityit is a clear failure to pay for consigned goods after they were sold.I am seeking immediate resolution and full payment of the amount owed.
