I purchased a drum pad from Xymox in October of 2019. I guess they used COVID as an excuse to never deliver my drum pad. I have emailed them countless times over the past years and still have not gotten the pad, or a real responce from the company. This is pretty pathetic. My order number was #*********. I ordered this as a birthday/Christmas present for my son. Originally my confirmation email stated it would be delivered to my address in time for Christmas. It is now 12/27/23 and it has not been delivered. I have sent them several emails and have gotten nowhere. On November 9, 2019 I ordered a quad practice pad and paid approximately $180. I never received the product or a refund. I have attempted to contact them numerous times over the past 4 years and got no response. I have filed complaints and every time they said they will be in contact. I still have nothing. 12/6/19 -- Order #********* -- Hybrid Snare Drum with Space-Space-Black Combo -- $192.35 Sku #HSD-SSB-ES Order placed and confirmed and promised to deliver within 8 weeks. Money collected up front with a policy of no refunds or returns. After months of waiting began exchanging correspondences. For a bit more than a year I was consistently told the product would be sent as soon as possible. Delays were due to Covid-19 and several other excuses as time went on.After many months of corresponding and still never receiving the product, I emailed again and found that my account had been deleted and no order # could be found. I have followed up with several emails every few months since and stopped even receiving responses more than a year ago. All attempts to contact the company have been unsuccessful and non-productive.At this point I either want my money back that they have had now for 4 years or I'd actually like the product they promised to deliver after taking my order.Initial Complaint

I ordered a drum pad from this company in December 2019 and my credit card was promptly charged. I still have not received my order. I have sent hundreds of emails asking for delivery. This company does not answer their phone and does not respond to messages sent via their website. Yet they still continue to advertise on Instagram and continues to take orders. I ordered this pad when my son was in high school marching band, he is now a junior in college. This company should not be allowed to charge any credit card transactions. This company appears to be a scam and just taking money and refusing to ship products. I do not understand how they are still allowed to conduct electronic commerce.Initial Complaint

I did file a complaint through you guys with in one year but all it did was get them to respond to my e-mail again. I never received the product or a refund. I ordered a drum pad from xymox in 2019. After i filled the first complaint they emailed me a couple of times and then totally stopped. I have e-mailed and left messages on their site but they will not respond. it has 4 years. Order #**** was placed on August 15, 2022. It was for a Hybrid Snare Drum, for $139 plus $22 shipping, $161 total.I still have not received the order as of 28-July-2023. I email them regularly, every month or two. They have replied to emails 4 times, with the last time being 29-Nov-2022. An order was placed on February 2, 2020 for $135.43 (Order #********* for a tenor drum practice pad). That order has never arrived. I have emailed the company numerous times asking about the status. At first, they indicated that orders would be slow in arriving due to covid shut downs. I could understand that. However, the company got back up and running and the website promised shipment of orders within days, yet my order was never fulfilled. I queried again about the status and was promised shipment on multiple occasions (On 8/4/202, they promised to ship as soon as possible. On 6/18/2021, they failed to respond to another request asking when shipment would be expected. On 11/28/21, they promised shipment by the end of the month. On March 15, 2022, they promised shipment by the end of September.) The shipment was never made, so I sent multiple messages asking for a refund since the order was nearly 3 years old without being fulfilled. After asking for a refund, I received no further communications from the company. It is too late to get a credit from the credit card company, so this company has stolen $135.43 from me.Initial Complaint

I ordered two practice pads from this company in 2019 when they were located in **********. I still have not received these products and the company will not respond to me to resolve the issue. At this point it is theft. I filed a complaint a while ago that they responded to saying they would resolve it and then they never did.
