    I ordered a Hybrid Tenor Pad Pro and was sent a pair of Deadbeat sticks. I paid 444 dollars for my order and I am willing to dispute this charge if I do not recieve what I paid for. They constantly responded to emails until shipping and once I began asking about when my order would arrive I was met with no response.

    Ordered a tenor kick back in June of 2019 (Order #*********), and after countless attempts to contact after years, I still have received no reply. And after all this, it looks like they are discontinuing the product line altogether. Really would like to receive what I paid for over 5 years ago.

    I placed an order for a percussion drum pad for my son in the summer of 2019 for Christmas. It did not arrive. I reached out in 2019 and they said they were behind schedule. I reached out again in 2020 and xymox claimed additional delays due to the pandemic. They gave me a date it would arrive. I reached out again in January 2022, they told me they would send it in March 2022. I have had several other reach outs. It is now 2024 and while they took my money, they have not provided me with a product in 5 years. Each time I reach out to them, they ignore me or they give me a date, but nothing ever is sent. I would just like my money back. The emails are attached as supporting documentation.

    I ordered a drum pad, stick tape and a drum key in 2019 and never received it. I have contacted the company multiple times and they refuse to send me my product. At one point in time they sent a YouTuber the pad already even tho he ordered his after I did. It had been so long that I actually forgot this company existed and when I remembered today I had to make sure that I get this resolved.

    We ordered a drum pad from this company in 2020 and never received it. We emailed multiple times asking for a refund or for the drum pad to be sent and it never was. We filed a complaint with the BBB before but the process was discontinued multiple times because this company said they were sending the drum pad. We have yet to receive the drum pad or a refund after multiple attempts to reach out to the company and the BBB. We would sincerely like to receive this drum pad or to receive our refund.

    I ordered a red tenor kick pad on May 2. Order no 5524. I received an email stating the order was dropped off for shipment on May 4th. I received the package on May 22nd. The product I received was the wrong color. And I immediately emailed support. I have emailed 3 separate emails and there is no active working phone number provided by the company. I have recieved no reply. They have a policy about returns needing to be within 5 days, but they have not replied so I am not able to exchange my product for the correct one.

    I ordered a product called Hybrid Snare Drum for my studies with music back on September 1st, 2022, and have yet to see the product or receive a tracking number for the product. I have been sending follow up emails periodically and have had some responses promising a shipment for the following week, but as of lately I have gotten nothing back from the company.

    I previously ordered a new product that was released called the Hyrbid Snare Drum on May 7th, 2019 at 4:52PM. Order #: ********* After being told by their employee ******* that I would soon be receiving the product after they fixed patent issues they were having with the product, when I tried to cancel the order I was told that I could not and the product would be delivered. After never receiving the product I tried to follow up many times for about a year or so including during covid times via email and trying to message them on their Instagram. Still never receiving any word. They also turned off their comments on their page which did not help. My emails and messages went unanswered.I have ordered a product from this company before which was custom made so I understood a 5-6 month turnover rate. But allowing a product to be marketed and not delivering due to pending patents and being unresponsive during the process is not okay.I was not aware that I could actually put in any sort of complaint at the time because I was young (18yo) and I am now currently 22 finding out that I can make an effort through the BBB to find some kind of compensation for this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Custom drum pad ordered on 12/14/2019 from Xymox Percussion. Multiple follow-up emails sent (only a small sample attached) without delivery of product. Company also sent direct message on instagram (an advertised communication method) on October 4th, 2021. Resolution desired is delivery of custom drum pad product.

    My order ********* was never shipped. I received an email saying it was shipped but no tracking number. All attempts at talking to customer service were unsuccessful.
