    On August 27th, 2022, I purchased the 12 Reverse Snare Ultra. Xymox Percussion charged me $64 for the pad, and $16 for shipping. The item was to be shipped in about a week.It is now December 28th, 2022, and I have not received my product. I have reached out to Xymox numerous times and have been given similar responses each time. On November 22nd, Xymox emails me saying they are working through Thanksgiving Day to ship my product out. By then it was already months late, but they ensured me it would be here before the holidays. On December 16th, Xymox once again replies to my email claiming my product will arrive before the holidays. My item did not arrive. I emailed them on the 24th with a complaint. Their response from the Xymox team was this is the first time Ive heard there was an issue with your shipment.The Xymox team is either made up of the most incompetent individuals in the work force, or they are a predatory, fraudulent company. I suspect it is a little bit of both.Xymox has STOLEN $80 from me; money that I worked very hard for. I demand a refund.

    I order the a limited time offer snare 12 gold xymox. The the order was placed well before the offer ended. I never received the product and I checked the account and the site indicated. That the order wasnt filled at all yet . after contacting support team through emails they promised to eventually send the product and apologized for the wait due to covid-19. I checked the 2 months later the order was in the same status not filled/ being worked on . They never replied after I contacted them again. I went back in the site this year to find that the site was updated and my account was disabled or deleted without my order being filled or being given a refund.

    I ordered a drum pad in August so itd be here by Christmas because this company is notorious for their shipping times. We are now a few days out and it is still not here. I have reached out and have been given generic, bot-like responses.

    I ordered a Hybrid Snare Drum with Fusion-Silver-Black Combo and have not received an update on when my order is to be shipped. They ignore my calls, my email responses are generic and not helpful. I placed my order Placed on June 4, 2019 and still have not received any update. I just want my drum pad, my money back, or a replacement for the amount I paid to make right on their promise to deliver a product that I already paid for and have not received.

    Ordered two pads Aug 16 2022. Was told my items were wrapping up on Aug 28 on production. Then told in email Sept 11 production missing items before it can be shipped. No updates further I emailed Oct 3 asking for information. Oct 5 told I'll get an update...nothing I emailed again Nov 7 asking for updates I got a response of an apology and told shipping ***** business days...nothing received today Dec 5 2022 I requested an update yet again. I am reasonable with supplies chain etc but paying the amount I did and being left with no definitive answers makes me mad. I want my products because I'm sure I won't get a refund by now due to the length of time that has passed. ************** to me and be done.

    I ordered a drum pad from this company on 10/30/22 they stated on their website item will shipped between one and five days. The item has not been shipped and they are lying about when they gave it to **** I just want my money refunded $98.00 which includes $ ***** for item and $18.00 of shipping. They also change their name to Xymox *******

    My son spent his own money ordering a hybrid snare from Xymox in 2019...despite NUMEROUS emails, we have yet to receive any product!! Someone has to do something!! READ ALL THESE COMPLAINTS!
