1 starWorst experience ever with a service supplier. DO NOT let them walk on your property. They are definitely using ambulance chasing tactics. They were very pushy, rude, no follow-up, and no communication. When we tried to get our money back, which by the way they NEVER completed the 1st service, my credit company held up their contract. I hope their CEO chokes on my remittance. DO NOT contract them for pest control, EVER!!!Ecoshield Pest Control

1 starThis is the second time a representative has come to my home and told my neighbors I was a friend, had signed up, or as in my case last night told my grieving neighbor he was working for me! 5 starsVery responsive and comprehensive service. Much better than previous company. Sprayed for spiders, removed all webs from whole exterior, set bait traps exterior and crawl space and place pellets for slug control. Nice crew.Ecoshield Pest Control

1 starPromised me to take care of an ant issue. Never told me about the termination fee. Whatever they put down didn't do anything to remove the ants. I called, and they told me I had to wait up to two weeks for the ants to go away, which is well past the buyer's remorse period. I called back to let them know ants were still everywhere, and they told me I'd have to wait two more weeks for my next paid service. This violates the contract and agreement, which states they'll return for free if the services can't resolve the issues. I had to contact a different company to handle the issue, which was resolved in 2 days of the other company's service.When you tell them you want to cancel, they threaten you with the hidden cancellation fee, which starts well before the initial waiting period they initially tell you to wait. The individuals whom I spoke with on the phone were combative and rude. They took my money and never took care of my ant ********* from this scam company. 1 starSave your money. Tried getting resolution over phone on billing issues. Always our problem not theirs. Pushy sales people who are not totally honest. Sign up for four contracted visits but they end with five because of a short return to break the cycle and you are not told. They do not refund any charges but will lower the bill when there should be no charge at all. Avoid at all costs. Not an honest company.Ecoshield Pest Control

1 starIf you want to get their services, please note the details of the contract. In the small prints, which was on the ipad screen hard to read, there are lines saying the early termination fee is $250. Even worse, they sent me the termination fee $272. It is not an honest business. The guys came to my house said I can terminate the service at any time, please do not believe that!Ecoshield Pest Control

1 starTook money but didnt do the work. We said we wanted to cancel and they said we could for free if we sent the picture of the rat traps they failed to take care of and they woudl cancel for free. We did and then had to call today, in which they stated they never got and sent a fee for cancelation. They said they would wave the fee if we sent the email and they would call back before 5. 1 starDO NOT use this company!!! I wasted $650 on them in the last 2 months. The door-to-door ******** promised that they would eliminate the pests in my yard and deck. They didn't. He promised that I could cancel at any time at no cost. He lied. If you wait after 3 days from signing the contract, you must pay a $250 early cancellation fee! After 2 treatments (at $200 a treatment) we saw no improvement and even saw an increase in spiders and earwigs at our home. We were committed to another 3 treatments over the next 6 months at $200 a treatment, so we decided to cancel. I called the company and waited 40 minutes to speak to a representative. The guy was a nightmare. He would NOT listen to my complaint but simply read off a script every time I asked to cancel! This was the worst customer service I ever experienced. Worst yet, I re-read the terms of the contract and saw that the contract is very vague about it ever cancelling! Since customers have to submit their credit card to them and agree in advance to allow the company to charge the card after each treatment you are stuck. The contract allowed ********** to continue to charge you for treatments even after the contract expired. I don't trust them and decided to eat the early termination fee simply to get out of the contract. TOTAL RIP OFF!!!! Don't repeat my mistake! If these guys come around and try to sell you their product, run them off your property! They should be investigated for deceptive business practices!Ecoshield Pest Control

The agreement outlines a 24-month subscription period, and if canceled after the initial three business days but before the end of that period, a $250 early termination fee applies
