    I purchased 3 sweater-type tops from comstylish on 9/11/24. I didn't receive the package until around 10/3/24. I paid $71.39 for 3 items. I only received 2 items total and neither of the items that I did receive, fit me. They were both too small. Comstylish confirmed an order for 3 Large tops. These tops were received as a large, but the large is way too small for me. I had no idea that this company was located in *****, or I would not have ordered from them to begin with because of issues like this. I contacted the company and they are unwilling to pay return postage and to refund my money. Instead they offered a coupon and asked me to buy something else. They are refusing to pay return postage as well. I simply want my money refunded and for them to provide return postage so that I can send the items back. As I said before, I didn't even receive one of the items that I ordered. The material that the items are made out of is thin, cheap-looking, and are too small. Additionally, I never received one of the items, but they told me that the packing order said that there were 3 items in the bag. The bag arrived unopened with just 2 items.

    POOR QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT DOES NOT ALLOW FOR A RETURN. I ordered multiple items from this site. When they arrived, I immediately saw the items were of poor quality, scratchy, and uncomfortable to wear. I asked how I can return them. They responded that they sent my request to the relevant department and can I reach out again in 5-7 days. Strange answer, but I did. When I followed up again, I was told it was expensive to send the items back, and would I take a 20% off coupon instead? I said no. This back and forth went on 3 more times where they offered me a 25% then a 30% then said if that wasn't satisfactory they would see if they could get me a 35% off coupon. Each time I responded that I won't be ordering from this company again, so a coupon off of a future purchase is worthless to me. I wanted to return the items and get whatever money I could back. After the last response from them, I told them that if the could not allow me to return my items, I would share a review that spoke to what happened. So, here it is. I ordered multiple items, and all of them had this poor quality material. I understand the items are not too expensive, but not allowing me to return the items if not OK. The items met all of their requirements. This company is fraudulent in its advertising and illegal in not allowing for a return. It appears this is the norm for the company. However, it appears to be fraudulent and illegal. Why is this company allowed to continue to sell items? I just want my money back.

    I placed an online order through a company called Comstylish online on August 23, 2024.This was my first time ordering from this company and it was paid through ******. I have tried to contact them multiple times via email because there is no number provided. It said that it would take 7-10 business days. I finally received my order on 2 separate days, September 17th & 23rd, 2024. I tried to use the tracking number multiple times but most times it didnt work. I have emailed them multiple times and nothing. The items ordered were ABSOLUTELY NOT WHAT WAS DISPLAYED AND DELIVERED! I requested shipping labels to return the ridiculous items and a full refund but they wont even respond. I have all the information and correspondence which I will send with this complaint. Thank you very much, ******* *****. I have tried to upload pics to support complaint but it will not allow me to. I can certainly email them. Please advise.

    Thank you very much for your quick response with assisting me with this issue.  My sincere apologies for not responding sooner but time has not been my friend.  I have been extremely busy with work and kids so for that, I do apologize.  I have attached every correspondence with this company who has absolutely horrific to deal with.  I will also upload the pictures of the items I thought I was purchasing and what I actually received.   I am usually very ***** with purchasing online for these reasons but when I was on their website, I went through everything (reviews, product descriptions, etc.).  I guess this company is that good with fraudulent representation and I hope they aren't able to do this to anyone else.  They did not respond to me until after I filed this complaint and I am not dealing with them anymore.  Please see what I have attached and again I will upload what I have regarding the items I thought I ordered and what I actually received. I sent quite a bit but you will understand why when you view everything.  I really appreciate all your time and patience.  Thank you, ******* *****.

    An order was placed in error on the ****************************** at 11:57AM PT on 9/4/24. The policy on their website (*********************************************************************************) reads as follows under "Order Cancellation": "Your order will be fully refunded if it is canceled within 24 hours of purchase. For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped. Please get in touch with our customer service team if you decide to cancel the order. E-mail: ************************************************************"At 12:05PM PT on that same day 9/4/24 I emailed *********************************** Despite back and forth communications the order began processing for shipment on 9/9/24. After several follow up emails regarding the uncancelled order, the following message was received on 9/17/24:"Dear customer,Hello. We have received your email. Our company is currently in the holiday period and we are sincerely sorry that we cannot reply to your email in time. We will get back to you in three days. If your request is urgent, please reply to this email and we will give it priority.Have a good day!Melody"I have not received a refund, nor has any shipment arrived at my address from this supplier.Thank you,****** *****

    Ordered several clothing items. They arrived nothing as described or pictured, they were horrible material, sewn crooked, not wearable. One item was missing altogether. I tried several times to return everything, but they just kept offering me coupons off my next purchase. These clothes were not even good enough to donate.

    I bought what was pictured as a sweater but turned out to be a sweatshirt type of jacket. Also, the cats on it were originally knitted and textural, where the cats were screen printed on the jacket. I contacted Comstylish and asked for my money back and they said I have to ship it back to ***** in order for that to happen. Shipping it to ***** would cost more than what I bought the so-called sweater for. I am livid and want all of my money back. This is the worst company I've ever done business with.

    Placed order on 9/11/24. Tried to cancel order immediately after on the same day 9/11/24. Business has not returned my emails for status updates. I believe this company is a scam.

    My son ordered 3 clothing items on the ************************** website on 9/11/24 for $88.97. I received a confirmation for order VG00182651, however, my credit card show a charge for same amount but through a company called BB-Wisyclothing on 9/11/24. I contacted ********************************** customer service email with no response. I contacted the customer service phone number ************ which gives a rapid busy signal indicating that the phone number is invalid. Comstylish business address is ********************************************************************************************************************* but the phone number has an Ohio area code! ************ is based in ***** - no address or phone number is available for this company

    I purchased 2 dresses online with company **************************. Tracking showed item delivered to me but I never received. I contacted the company several rumes saying so. They emailed back their logistical team researching. After **** emails to them they final emailed photos of where they delivered my order as proof. Only it was not a photo of my single residence home, it was a multiunit building. Definitely not my house. I told them, and all they had to do was ****** my ************** could see wrong location. They kept saying they had not heard back from their team but suggested I contact the carrier. It has been over a ********* still dont have a refund from them or the items resent.

    I placed an order on Tuesday June 25, 2024 with the company-Comstylish at www.comstylish.com/ The order was for 3 items. I only received two items (one dress and a bracelet) of the three items around July 23, 2024, when I contacted Comstylish to do a return on the items and receive a refund for $73.97.I was dissatisfied with the items as the dress was not the correct size, in addition to other reasons. I followed the return policy instructions- contacted Comstylish, provided request for the return and asked for return label, and provided a reason for the return.However, Comstylish refused to provide me with a return label nor has refunded me the $73.97. I have been in consistent communication with Comstylish but they have not resolved the issue and refunded me the amount nor provided me return shipping label. They said the items came from ***** and offered to provide a coupon, which the offer was declined. I had been clear in letting them know I did not want to purchase anything from Comstylish. At that point, Comstylish should have immediately refunded the amount of $73.97 and provided shipping label for items to be returned or if they did not want the items back, I offered to donate the two items received to a local charity of their choice.If Comstylish provided good customer service then they would have refunded me the $73.97 immediately, especially if Comstylish knew they did not want the items back, as they had already been informed the customer did not want the items. Upon learning the customer dissatisfaction, ********************** could have and should have resolved the issue immediately by returning the amount to the original payment method as requested.So much of my time and energy has been spent to return an order placed that was only partially received and not of the size, etc wanted. This experience with Comstylish has been very unnecessarily stressful.The $73.97 needs to be immediately refunded.
