My wife and I purchased a Casual Oceans Shark Print Dress for $35.99, from **************************, which is based in *******, **********, ****When the item was delivered, we discovered that it had not been manufactured correctly. A seam was added by manufacturing that was not in the original catalog images. The seam destroyed the entire esthetic of the garment, which was our primary reason for purchasing it.8/6/25 We contacted customer service, with a photo of the delivered product, showing the defect. The reply was a 7 day stall tactic to see if we would forget our dissatisfaction.During that time, the product was removed from their catalog, implying, to me, that they know that the stock they had contained the same defect.8/12/25 We reached out again, including the evidence photo. That reply informed us that we would have to return it to ***** and bear the shipping costs. Their return policy does hint that the buyer bears the cost, but no where on their policy does it say anything about shipping back to ******Also in this reply was an offer for a 20% discount coupon and to keep the offending dress. Unacceptable: the dress is too badly deformed for any reasonable person to wear it.8/13/25 I replied that their offer was unacceptable. And, countered with a request for them to refund half of the listed price.8/13/25 Their reply mentioned that the package should be returned to ***** and the shipping fee is borne by the buyer. And, they offered a 30% coupon.8/14/25 Now on our fourth round, I sent a more strongly worded email, mirroring their ******* this point, no coupon would hold any value for us. Between their lack of quality control and inability to actually rectify the situation, I have lost all trust in them as a merchant. We will not be shopping any of their products in the future. I would like a full refund of that products purchase price and we will locally dispose of the defective garment at a fabric recycling location.Initial Complaint

Neither item I purchased is what is in the photographs or descriptions showed. These are printed items on cheap polyester and I never ever would have purchased. Its more than NOT satisfied!!!!! Their ad/page shows linen with embroidery. I got no linen, no embroidery! I got polyester with a bad pattern. On July5, 2025, I paid $139 for 4 cotton dresses online to ComStylish. Once I became suspicious of this company, I emailed them to cancel the order. They told me to cancel it would cost me 15%. However, they did not cancel, and they sent 4 dresses that did not look like the ad nor are they cotton. The fabric is awful and may be plastic. I emailed the company, and they will not provide info on how to return the products. The company said they will talk to their superiors and told me to contact them in 5 to 7 days. Why cant the USA shut this company down or penalize websites that allow them to advertise?Customer Answer

Update for COMSTYLISHcomplaint #********I am attaching emails from ComStylish, which show they are refusing to send me their return address. Instead of sending the return address, the email shows them asking me to accept a 20% discount. I have sent them 4 emails refusing the discount and asking for their return address.If I dont get their return address, then I can not return the horrible products they sent to me and, therefore, can not get reimbursed.I am also sending a short ******* video which warns people to beware of ComStylish.Can you please forward this and help me get my money back before this company shuts down?Please ask all businesses and **** to block this company.Thank you.****************************From ****** *******Customer Answer

The nefarious company,
ComStylish, continues to refuse to send a good return address soon so that I can return 4 dresses that were not cotton as described. They have asked me for the third time to accept a discount coupon in lieu of them sending their address for returns. This is not in keeping with their return policy. See their August 5 email attached and also see my email where I refused the 30% discount.

On June 21sr 2025 I purchased a pair of shorts from **************************. The shorts were a pair of black/dark grey cargo shorts with LGBTQIA+ themed details with We the people printed in rainbow stitch. I dont know if some of the other complaints have been from LGBTQIA+ but if there are I am also concerned that this may be predatory and discriminatory. I ordered two items and canceled the order per the 24 hour cancelation policy and they started offering coupons to not cancel. I kept telling them to cancel and they refused to confirm the cancelation, so I disputed the charge through my credit card. Yesterday, they sent me an email saying they sent the items and I told them I disputed the charge. The response was that the boss didn't have time to cancel the order. I want a pair of blue jeans with embroidery of flowers on it. I sent them 69$ and some change But what I got was a pair of spandex with flowers ironed on. I have repeatedly emailed the on a refund i am more then happy to send the spendex back to them .they keep giving me the run around. The item does not match the description of the item advertised. The dress is supposed to be 95% cotton and clearly it's all synthetic, no cotton fabric content at all. The workmanship is horrendous. I received an item not matching what presented online.The dress received has miss matching aims: some strings are white, some are black. It is unwearable. They are doing an extremely dirty business. Photos and descriptions of the dresses online are completely different from what I received. Im totally shocked to see the dresses I ordered. One of them was described as linen blend patchwork dress. But its not patchwork, just a VERY BLURRY PRINT. The other should be lavender embroidered bottom lined dress. Everything is false. Its not embroidered, instead printed and its not linen. And the size is huge. I ordered medium, but it looks like extra extra large. The material feels extremely cheap and dress is poorly made.They shouldnt be doing this malicious business.Customer Answer

Hello,
I just want to inform you that the merchant refunded me.
Five emails were exchanged with the merchant. Every time I asked where to send a return. They never answered to my inquiry, instead they asked me to accept 20% off coupon for the next purchase and keep the dresses. I refused and asked to provide the return address again. Then they asked me not to return but accept 30% off coupon for the future. I refused by saying I will never place an order again.
I didnt hear from them for a week. I knew they would refuse to refund for not return the dresses in time. But to my surprise, I received the refund today.
Thank you very much for your help. Without your contacting the merchant, I suspect they would ignore my repeated requests.
I saw BBB rates the merchant F and I found many people complaining that they dont accept return. I should have checked BEFORE placing an order with an unknown merchant. I learned a lesson.
